The holiday home
A holiday home with absolute feel-good character! Here the holidaymaker really finds everything he expects, especially peace and quiet. This house is detached on a plot of approx. 700 m² and offers the family of 4 enough space on 78 m² living space on two floors. The house has on the ground floor a large living room with dining area, hall, kitchen, shower room with toilet. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a large bed and a swallow's nest for our little guests. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Patio chairs with cushions, as well as a table invite you to stay outside. For the little guests and your four-legged family member, the garden offers plenty of space to play and romp.

In a natural setting in the Jade Bay between Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven, the holiday home is located in the quiet and romantic Fedderwardersiel directly behind the dyke.
The North Sea is approx. 200 m away, the lido approx. 5 m on foot.
A shop selling fresh bread and groceries and a traditional restaurant are just a few metres away.

The small fishing village of Fedderwardersiel lies in the immediate vicinity of Burhave. Even today, in the age of industrial fishing, traditional cutters still sail from here out into the North Sea to catch crabs. When they return to the harbour after a successful catch, the garnet (as the crabs are called here) can be bought fresh. You should not miss this pleasure. There are regular trips with the MS "WEGA II" from Fedderwardersiel to one of the largest seal banks on the coast. The life of the seals is observed from the ship. It is also a great experience when the Wega II lets itself dry in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park and the captain takes his passengers for a walk along the seabed. And for those who prefer to learn about the special features of their holiday region on dry land, there is the National Park House Museum Fedderwardersiel in Fedderwardersiel with many exciting exhibitions and activities about the Wadden Sea and the history of Butjadingen.

Nicht Sauber Spinnen-Haus
Also ich bin mit der Sauberkeit überhaupt nicht zufrieden überall sind Spinnennetze und der Tür geht auch nicht von innen zu muss einmal von Terrasse immer durchlaufen und müsste extra noch Geld bezahlen 23€ wegen irgendwelchen Urlaubskosten weil man den Gebiet gemietet hat stand nichts auf der Seite ich komme nicht mehr .

Upon arrival, all fuses and the main switch were turned off. The main switch would have been sufficient!
The heating system using night storage heaters did not work, only the fan ensured circulation in the room. Heating was only possible with a portable radiator, which burns your fingers. Dangerous for small children!!!
Otherwise, the facilities were okay.
Another note: The front door cannot be locked from the inside because the lock cylinder is too short. Every evening, I had to go outside through the terrace and lock the front door from the outside, otherwise anyone would have had unrestricted access. Not acceptable for safety reasons, as in case of emergency, no one can leave the house through the front door.

schöner Urlaub
also die Austattung war zufriedenstellend, das Haus ist aber meiner Meinung nach nicht für 6 Personen geeignet, die Leiter um auf die ganz oben befindlichen Schlafplätze zu kommen ist Unfallgefährdent, ich Frage mich nur wie das Reinigungspersonal dort hoch kommen will. Die Abflüsse im Badezimmer waren verstopft, den Abfluss der Dusche habe ich selbst frei gemacht. Aber Fairerweise glaube ich das wenn wir den Service angerufen hätten wäre das erledigt worden. Die Terrasse war sehr schön und man hatte seine Ruhe.
Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub aber gefallen und wir würden auch nochmals dort Urlaub machen

Nicht zu empfehlen
Was als Erstes auffällt sind Staub, Dreck und Spinnweben. Dass man hierfür 90€ Endreinigung bezahlen muss, ist schon recht unverschämt, das Haus sieht so aus, als wäre hier Monate nicht geputzt worden.
Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist nicht auf aktuellem Stand: Nachtspeicherheizung und Radiator, Toilettenspülung ohne Spartaste, Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach, der Grill ist nicht benutzbar. Das Haus macht teilweise einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck.
Sonnenliegen waren nicht vorhanden, obwohl diese in der Anzeige wie auch in einem anderen Kommentar extra noch erwähnt wurden. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass der Schuppen abgeschlossen bleibt und Sonnenliegen "leider nicht angeboten werden können".
Auch die Aussage der Verwaltung "Durch die Pandemie sind wir leider immer noch gezwungen Gegenstände nicht im Haus zu lagern, die von vorherigen Gästen benutzt oder angefasst wurden." stimmt entweder nicht, oder es wird sich nicht daran gehalten, die Schränke waren voll mit Verbrauchsmitteln, zum Teil auch Packungen mit angebrochenen Lebensmitteln.
Zusätzlich zu den o.a. Punkten macht die Verwaltung einen sehr unorganisierten Eindruck. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir zur "Rezeption" kommen sollen, um die Bezahlung der Kurtaxe vorzunehmen. Dass diese Rezeption nicht die des Parks ist, sondern 12km entfernt in einem anderen Ort liegt, wurde nicht mitgeteilt. Auch nicht der zu entrichtende Betrag oder dass bar bezahlt werden muss, sodass eine weitere Runde zum ec-Automaten nötig wurde.
Weitere Informationen gab es ebenfalls nicht. Normalerweise findet man in jedem Ferienhaus wenigstens die wichtigsten Fragen beantwortet: Wo ist der Müll zu entsorgen? Wann wird dieser abgeholt? Wie funktioniert die Heizung? Wo ist der nächste Arzt? - hier aber: Fehlanzeige, man muss sich alles mühsam selbst zusammensuchen.
Im Park liegt Müll tagelang herum, weil es keine zentrale Sammelstelle gibt. Beim Fahrradverleih gibt es kaum taugliche Räder.
Alles in allem kann man nur abraten!

In die Jahre gekommen
Leider ist die Nachtspeicherheizung über keines der Steuerungen einstellbar gewesen . Tag und Nacht sind im Obergeschoss leider sehr Temperaturen die einen schlecht schlafen lassen , da die Wärme nach oben steigt . Erst nach dem ausschalten der Sicherung war es 2 Tage später erträglich . Der Boden im Obergeschoss und die Türklinken knarren sehr laut was alle nachts wach werden lässt . Die Antenne in der Dachspitze aussen ist schon vor langer zeit angbrochen und schlägt bei Wind immer an das Dach, was sehr nervt in der Nacht .
Die Halterung vom Duschkopf ist zu kurz gesägt und fällt immer runter . Die Couch ist in der mitte durchgebrochen und provisorisch mit Klötzen unterlegt worden . Alles in allem ist das Haus nicht wiklich auf dem aktuellen Stand . Die Scheiben i. OG sind blind und sehr sehr alt . In jeder Ecke an der Decke sind Spinnen zu finden , da das Haus scheinbar lange nicht bewohnt war . Hier hätte ein Staubsauger abhilfe schaffen können . Leider fehlte auf einem Bett auch das gebuchte Bettlaken . Leider traf es erst am 3.Tag ein . Dafür durften wir aber alles in bar vor Ort (ohne jegliche Rechnung oder Quittung bezahlen )

ausreichend Platz, eine ruhige Lage, einen großen Garten und alles was man im Alltag oder für einr schöne, entspannte Zeit benötigt.

Beautiful house, minor defects
We had a nice short holiday. The view of the cow meadow directly from the terrace or from the bedroom is great. The house was clean. Unfortunately everything was counted out (1 tab, 1 toilet roll), no baking paper or aluminium foil. There was also no lighter. We just know this differently from past holiday homes. The pictures advertise beautiful sun loungers. Unfortunately, they were "rotten" and dirty behind the shed
The location is really great. All in all, it was a nice holiday that could have been a bit nicer.

Die "gammeligen" Liegen lagen hinter dem Schuppen, damit die Gäste die neuen Sonnenliegen benutzen, die in dem Schuppen abgestellt sind und die alten "gammeligen" Liegen durch unseren Hausmeister entsorgt werden. Diese Info haben Sie auch von uns in der Rezeption erhalten. Und es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie Verbrauchsmaterial wie Spültabs etc. nicht in Hülle und Fülle vorgefunden haben. Durch die Pandemie sind wir leider immer noch gezwungen Gegenstände nicht im Haus zu lagern, die von vorherigen Gästen benutzt oder angefasst wurden. Wir sind dazu verpflichtet nach jedem Gast alle Flächen zu desinfizieren. Bitte bedenken Sie diese Situation in Ihrer nächsten Bewertung.
