Description
Our new end-of-terrace house on the ground floor has bright, spacious rooms spread over 57 m². It is modern and tastefully furnished, the interior consists mainly of natural materials and was selected according to ecological and building biology criteria. Situated directly on the Geltinger Bay, the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only about 1.5 km away. The large nature reserve "Geltinger Birk" is also almost on the doorstep and offers rich opportunities for observing the flora and fauna (the wild horses). The nearest shopping facilities are within easy reach.
The bright living area has a comfortable sofa set with flat-screen TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with all technical amenities. You will find a peaceful night's sleep in two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer are also available.
Outside, a terrace and a private south-facing garden bordered with bushes await you. The cosy seating set and the sun loungers invite you to relax and a large parasol offers you a shady spot from time to time.
The house is in a quiet location, about 50 m back from the less frequented access road on a footpath. A reserved parking space in front of the property is available for free use, and you can safely store your bicycles in the lockable shed. This cosy domicile is the perfect starting point for a comfortable holiday between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei!

Location and surroundings of object
Wackerballig, only 1.5 km away, is a tranquil district of the climatic health resort of Gelting and offers a beautiful Baltic Sea beach as well as a marina and restaurants.
The varied surroundings are characterised by the eastern hilly area of Angeln. The "Geltinger Birk", 4 km away, is an extensive nature reserve - explore it by bike, on Nordic walking tours or extended hikes and observe the numerous bird species and the Scottish Highland cattle - if you are lucky, you may even spot the Konik wild horses that live there.
