The Holiday home

The wonderful views, the sea breeze and the peaceful surroundings will make you spend a great vacation. You can have lunch or dinner outdoors under the porch enjoying the sights of this wonderful spot, or have a drink at the porch seating area. Going downstairs you will find the terrace to sunbathe on the sunbeds on enjoy the weather under the parasol. The house is within the town and there are neighbours around.

The 234 m2 house has two floors following a modern and current style that will make you feel at home, enjoying all comforts. On the ground floor, we enter the wonderful living room in warm colours and simple lines, ideal to relax on one of the armchairs or the sofa while watching the satellite TV. The kitchen offers a great central island for 6 people on stools. As the rest of the house, this is modern style kitchen which is fully equipped and it includes a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, an electric oven and an electric coffee maker. It also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Three bedrooms are still on the ground floor, the three of the featuring a twin bed, a closet and an electric radiator for the coldest days. One of them has an en-suite bathtub bathroom. Another shower bathroom completes this floor. You access the first floor from the outside where you will find the fourth and last bedroom. It also has twin beds, a fan a exit to a terrace where you can also sunbathe enjoying the astonishing views. It also presents an en-suite shower bathroom. We will prepare a cot and a high chair if you are coming with your baby.

This beautiful house is located in Cala Pedrusca, in Capdepera. This is a very quiet residential area which offers a little pebbled cove with turquoise waters that will remind you a family fishers port. The house is only 2 km from Cala Ratjada, where you will find all services as well as shops, restaurants and night life. In this area you will also find white sandy beaches like Cala Agulla. Don't forget to pay a visit to the walled village of Capdepera!!

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
