Description
Typical Swedish red and white country house with approx. 90 sqm living spacefor up to 7 adults and 1 small child, ideal for families or fishing groups.
The house is situated on an old farm which has been out of use for years. All outbuildings are unoccupied. You have the whole property to yourself.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms with two beds each. In addition, there is a guest folding bed and a toddler bed in the house. There are two bathrooms in the house. One on each floor. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with German programmes. In the garden you will find a seating area, a sandbox for children and a fire basket for barbecuing.
The property is in a secluded location with 27ha of land. The former farm is no longer in operation and is only used as a holiday home. A few adjacent sheep pastures are leased. On the way to the lake, where there is a jetty with a rowing boat, a sheep pasture has to be crossed. They are all female sheep, no rams and harmless. The sheep are used to people and dogs
The rowing boat is included in the rental price. The lake is very rich in fish and ideal for anglers. There are many small islands to explore on the lake. Pets are welcome. The nearest neighbour is approx. 500m away and has a very lovely, free-roaming dog that may come over from time to time.

Loven cottage is located in the municipality of Skillingsmala on the border of Belkinge / Smaland. The nearest shopping facilities, petrol station, post office, etc. is 6 km away in Eringsboda. The area around the holiday home is home to countless lakes. The house lake Stora Skälen is very rich in fish and is excellent for fishing. The surrounding area therefore offers many opportunities to get to know the beautiful Swedish forest landscapes and lakes. Hiking and cycling routes are marked on a map in the house.
The cities of Karlskrona, Kalmar, Ronneby, Karlshamn and Växjö are excellent destinations for excursions. Other highlights are the many moose parks nearby, the Rävemala Waffle Café, the archipelago islands in the Baltic Sea, as well as the Glass Kingdom and Öland.

highly recommended
We spent 2 very nice weeks in the holiday home Loven. Everything was very clean and comfortably furnished. The lake offers great fishing opportunities and the boats are in great condition. The secluded location gave us the opportunity to barbecue in the evening, sit by the fire and not disturb anyone. We were especially happy about the neighbour's dog. He actually comes from time to time and says "hello". He is an incredibly sweet little guy and should not scare any child.
