The Holiday home

Enjoy the great chlorine 5 x 2.5 metres pool which has a total 1.6 metres depth. Sunbathe on one of the sunbeds after the refreshing dip and before you have lunch at the furnished porch very well equipped with barbechen, sink and working surface. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The accommodation has 62 m2 in two floors with a rustic-current style which will make you feel at home. The house is a kind of loft where all spaces are together. In the living area you can rest and watch satellite television on the sofa with garden and pool views. The kitchen is next to the living room, fully equipped, including the induction hob, the dishwasher, an electric oven and a fantastic island with stools to work in the kitchen or simply have lunch or dinner. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is an only bedroom with two single beds open to the rest of the house, as well as an en-suite shower bathroom for the whole accommodation. The house features one air conditioning unit for the entire accommodation. In addition, if you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

The owners are committed with environment and the house also features solar panels.

This property is located in Capdepera, a cosy and walled village places in Sierra de Llevant in the Eastern coast, where you will find all basic services for an independent stay. It is also very near Artà, another beautiful village, and the wonderful beaches of Capdepera like Canyamel, Cala Agulla, Cala Torta, Font de sa Cala,...
