Our house is located 200 metres behind the dyke directly in the small village of Tossens and is comfortably furnished
The garden faces south and is protected from view by high planting. If necessary, an awning provides shade.
A parking space is directly at the house. An additional parking space is located on a large car park at the entrance to the holiday settlement.
The holiday home is equipped with modern, fast Wi-Fi. In the living room there is a 43 inch Smart TV, which can be connected to Amazon or Netflix. Music can be played via a music system with Bluetooth.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-plate cooker and a large refrigerator. There is a sufficient amount of crockery and cutlery. A Dolce Gusto capsule machine, a filter coffee machine and a kettle complete the equipment.
In the children's room there is a secured loft bed, a play carpet, a small table with chairs, various games and a TV with DVD player and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
A washing machine is available as well as a high chair.
In the bedroom there is a new double bed 200 x 180 cm with bedside tables and a wardrobe.
In the garden there are four chairs and a large table as well as two deck chairs.

Location and surroundings of object
In the village itself there is everything you need, various restaurants, bicycle rental, shops for food, souvenirs etc. If the weather is bad, there is a large fun pool at Center Parcs with slides, wave pool, sauna and much more.
On the beach there are several sunbathing areas, a large playground and a cafe/snack bar.
There is a regular bus service to Nordenham.
The area is ideal for cycling tours, whether short or long. You can refresh yourself and take a break in a Melkhus along the way. There are also opportunities for swimming in the North Sea lagoon in Burhave when the weather is good but the tide is out.

Wir haben das Haus auf Grundlage und Fotos " Renoviertes Ferienhaus" gemietet.
Die Renovierungsarbeiten haben begonnen.
Die Überschrift "Renoviertes Ferienhaus " ist aber sehr weit hergeholt.
Nie wieder Urlaub in diesem Haus.

Das Haus wurde in Teilen 2019 und 2020 innen renoviert, die Küche und die Außenanlagen 2022. Alles ist nach wie vor in gutem Zustand und die Bilder entsprechen immer noch den Tatsachen, daher verwundert Ihr Kommentar doch etwas…

Super Ferienwohnung
Wir waren das 1 mal da, und würden immer wieder kommen . Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer sehr guten Lage , nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Alles in allem einfach Top .

Haus zum Entspannen
Wir durften eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Schon der Erstkontakt mit dem Vermieter war, trotz sehr der Kurzfristigkeit, nett und zuvorkommend . Mit einem Pkw kann man super vor dem Haus parken .Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in einer Siedlung mit weiteren Häusern. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet und auf der Terrasse kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Weg durch die Anlage zum Strand oder ins Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten erledigt . Wir können das Ferienhaus der Familie Grebenkow ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen und wünschen Ihnen immer Gäste ,welche sich genauso wohlfühlen wie wir.

Schönes Häuschen, Top Lage

Einfach , Praktisch, Gemütlich
Dieses einfache und sehr praktische Ferienhaus ist für einen schönen Urlaub an der Nordsee perfekt geeignet. Hier hat man alles was man braucht. Sehr schön ist der feine, gemütliche Garten.

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus
Wir haben eine Woche im Frühsommer in diesem Haus verbracht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Eigentümer haben das Haus grade erst gekauft und renovieren es jetzt nach und nach. Das Badezimmer soll zum Glück bald neu gemacht werden
