This stunning 2 bedroom luxury apartment, set in the modern holiday village of Alfaz del Sol, offers a fun experience.
Nestled in beautiful gardens with exotic plants & palm trees, Ashanti Club is situated just a few metres from a shared swimming pool & jacuzzi that is heated during the winter months.

Decorated in modern minimalist style, the Ashanti Club is fully equipped with all imaginable amenities and with the closest attention to detail
The living/Dining room is decorated in modern minimalist style & is equipped a High definition flat-screen TV.
There is a very large selection of TV programmes in many languages available as well as your very own NETFLIX access to a big variety of movies, series & documentaries.
There is also a DVD player & a selection of CDs along with a small library of books in several languages.
100MB Wi-fi internet is also provided.

The master bedroom is fitted with a 180cm wide King-size bed while the guest room favours two 90cm single beds. Particular attention has been given to luxury comfort beds and a variety of pillows.

The spacious 26m2(260sqft) terrace has a dining area, sitting area, BBQ, sunbeds and a nice view.

The open plan kitchen is in profiled pine. It is fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic cooking plate, dishwasher, oven, fridge, micro-wave and a host of other goodies. There is even a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and other helpful gadgets. In keeping with the general comfort, the entire apartment can be either fully air-conditioned or floor-heated.

The Plaza is the village’s meeting place. The café/bar is a great place to share a drink & gossip with other guests.
There is also a health and wellness centre including a hairdresser, skin care, a physiotherapist and a small gym.
If you would rather relax on your own with a good book, try the private lounge where you can finds a daily newspaper & a more than adequate library.

1. Excessive noise is not permitted between 23h00&09h00&between 14h00&17h00.
2. Pets are not permitted
3. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
4. In the pool area children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Inflatable items shall not be used in the swimming pool, other than that essential for the safety of young children.
o Appropriate swimwear is required
o For safety reasons, glass items are prohibited around the swimming pool. Food is not permitted in the pool area
o Please ensure to shower before entering the pool
o Smoking is prohibited in the pool area
o Please ensure to shut the gate when entering & leaving the pool area
6. Garbage must be deposited in the bins behind the Plaza Service centre
7. It is prohibited to hang out on the terrace railing or where it may be visible from the path. Please use the drying rack provided.
8. Playing ball is not permitted on the grounds. There is a park close by
9. It is expected that you take good care of Ashanti Club and treat it as if it was your own home
10. The service charge of EUR 80/- needs to be settled in cash upon arrival. This includes final cleaning fee and initial supply of bed linen and towels
11. The deposit is refunded within 7days of check-out by transfer subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation
12. Electricity is charged at: 0,35 € per KW
As use of all equipment is offered to our guests free of charge, no claim can be entertained in case of unforeseen malfunctioning of any appliance
The guest is responsible for the checking of the inventory according to the inventory list provided. If there are any deviations, these must be reported within 24 hours of arrival

At walking distance a kiddies playground, Tennis, Basketball, Handball, supermarket, etc
ALTEA is without doubt one of the most charming towns of the Costa Blanca North.
The town is famous for the landmark church of Nuestra Senora del Consuelo with its beautiful blue and white tiled dome roof. This church is situated at the top of a hill and can be seen for miles around. The N332 splits the town in half. On one side are the sand & pebble beaches backed by a long promenade and the marina, on the other side of the road are the old & new towns. The old town part of Altea is set on a steep hillside. In its narrow streets with scenic white houses, orange trees and geraniums, one can find painters, potters and many other traditional craftsmen’s studios. Many of the streets are stepped and wind up to the church and plaza at the top of the hill, from where one has magnificent views of the mountains and the sea. These pedestrianized cobble streets are packed with top class restaurants & a fascinating array of tiny shops.
Altea offers a wonderful diversity of beaches, coves and cliffs.
The harbour and marina of Altea is very scenic and a great place to eat or drink.
Festivals and Events
There is no better place than Altea to paricipate in one of the many colourful fiestas representing a true taste of Spanish culture. Most have an abundance of food and drink available along with street dancing which lasts well into the night.
Street markets
Every Tuesday tourists from the surrounding villages arrive and Altea becomes a town bustling with even more life than usual. The street market is well worth a visit !
Albir Tourist Attractions and Sights
Albir has been developed to suit northern European tastes. Bars and restaurants are all situated within walking distance of the tree-lined streets. There are many supermarkets dotted all over the town .
Albir’s main beach ,the “Playa de Racó de l’Albir”, is 600 meters long and has magnificent views of the Penon de Ifach in Calpe.
Albir holds an annual national film festival every July. The town has imitated Hollywood by laying stones along the promenade and dedicating them to national film stars.
Albir Nightlife
Albir has plenty of bars and restaurants but the nightlife is on the quiet side .
For a really wild night out try nearby Benidorm.
If you fancy a dinner & show then be sure to book your table at the Benidorm Palace. Taxi fares to Benidorm are inexpensive
Guadalest village is perched atop a mountain & offers beautiful views of the green valley with many other mountains in the background.
Guadalest castle can only be accessed by walking through a 15 foot long tunnel carved out of the rock.
When you emerge from the tunnel you see old village houses. You can visit the restored house of the Orduna family to get an idea of what it used to be like living in ancient times.
Look out also for the white bell tower of Penon de la Alcala which rises up seemingly precariously perched on the mountainside.
Villajoyosa is known to have the whitest sandy beaches of the whole of the Costa Blanca .It is architecturally so colourful that it reminds one of a Brazilian town.
The long stretch of white sand is framed by a promenade with bars and restaurants mostly of a Spanish nature.
There is also El Paradis beach and Xarco beach with a watchtower and the Torres beach with a Roman Tower.
There is a small cove used for diving and naturism
Villajoyosa is home to the famous Valor chocolate factory.
The Algar Falls
The Algar Falls or Fuentes del Algar are a natural beauty found behind the hills of Altea
This is a great place to picnic and go for a dip in the pools of the Algar Falls.
The drive to the Falls is quite a spectacle in itself, with terraces of almond and orange trees covered in nets
For hikers and people who enjoy going on walking tours this is a great place of natural beauty.
On site there is also a botanical garden, featuring over five hundred different species of cacti.
