Simply incredibly beautiful. We spent two weeks at La Stalla and enjoyed the house, the garden, the pool, the tranquility, the view, simply everything. Ester and Friedhelm are the best landlords you can imagine and always ready with a good tip. You can save on travel guides and navigation... they help wherever they can and there is nothing impossible. Thank you so much to both of you, you have offered us a little paradise and made our vacation wonderful. We spent two and a half weeks with Ester and Friedhelm and enjoyed every hour: cooling off in the pool with a view of the surrounding hills and towns in the morning; driving to the beach in Pineto in the afternoon - Italian dolce vita; visiting the Gothic frescoes by Andrea Dilitio in Atri in the afternoon; eating fish in the evening at Lido Itaca and then winding our way back at sunset through an indescribable nature. The property, our vacation rental, the many views, insights, and places of tranquility quickly became our temporary home.

We spent 14 days in Montefino. The location was not easy to find with navigation, but we received excellent directions from Mr. Klievink beforehand. The house is secluded and quiet. There are some dogs in the neighborhood, some of which are free to roam.

We stayed in the house with 9 people (4 children) and 3 dogs. The view was incredible and the pool was particularly noteworthy. There is plenty of space in the house and areas to retreat. You won't lack anything. The kitchen is well-equipped! The contact with J. Klievink was great. He is a very nice landlord and always available. The house is suitable for those seeking peace and especially for children to run around and play (the children's room is also lovingly furnished with lots of toys). You just have to plan for a distance to go shopping. You can find well-known shops (Lidl, Penny) a bit further away.

Highly recommended for a family vacation, especially with pets.
