Holiday home in a popular holiday area in a high forest location, bordering the Volcanic Eifel. The forest property is covered with deciduous and coniferous trees and is sunny in a very beautiful setting. Internet access via own smartphone with mobile data in good quality possible. Living/dining room with open kitchen and dining area for 4 persons, exit to the covered balcony and the sunny terrace. The large balcony can be locked with a small gate so that larger dogs cannot run away when the front door is open. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. Bedroom 1 has a double bed 180 x 200 cm, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds 80 x 200 cm. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and bedside table with reading lamps. In addition to the TV and radio with CD player, board games and books are available for entertainment. The house is additionally equipped with a modern infrared heating, which works similar to the sun and quickly gives off a cosy, inexpensive and healthy warmth. Currently, there is also a small freezer with 2 compartments available. There is also an additional Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine.
There is a contactless transfer by key safe.

Forest plot in the holiday home area in an idyllic high location. Numerous excursion destinations and leisure activities are in the immediate vicinity. A bathing lake with a dog beach is only 8 km away, the Nürburgring can be reached in about 15 minutes. The motorway junction Blankenheim A 1 is about 14 km away. There is an inn and small shops in the village. A restaurant in neighbouring Üdelhoven is also within walking distance (approx. 2 km). Supermarkets and other shops are located in Blankenheim and Hillesheim, about 14 km away. Fish lovers will find a fish shop with a large selection and gastronomy in approx. 6 km distance. There is also a farm shop/butcher's shop there, which also supplies the holiday home area with a sales van. Further gastronomy can be found in Hillesheim and Blankenheim - each about 15 minutes' drive away. Food outlets such as a butcher's shop and bakery supply the holiday home area.

The house is situated in a high forest area. This borders on the Volcanic Eifel with a variety of excursion destinations and leisure opportunities. The kitchenette has all the necessary utensils. A small freezer is available, as well as a Dolce Gusto capsule machine. High-quality mattresses ensure a restful sleep. For your four-legged friends, 2 plastic dog baskets of different sizes are available. You only have to bring the blankets yourself.

Nice house
From the first minute we felt very comfortable. Everything in the house that you need. Clean and well maintained. Unreservedly recommended. Out of your everyday life, into pure nature. Very nice communication with the landlord, everything went smoothly. We will come back.
