Description
The apartments consist of a kitchen-living room with dining area and sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a bedroom with washbasin and 2 single beds (boxspring). The toilet is in the shower room. The holiday flats are between 31 and 34 sqm large.
The apartments have central heating, cable TV, safe, alarm radio and garden furniture. In the kitchenette there is a refrigerator with a small **freezer compartment, a four-burner gas stove, an extractor hood, a coffee machine, cleaning utensils and sufficient kitchen inventory. All beds are equipped with protective covers, pillows and duvets. The parking spaces are located directly at the rear of the building.
The 2 lower holiday apartments have their own terrace. One of the upper apartments has a balcony. There is also a cellar for communal use.
For the sake of the neighbours, dogs are not allowed in these apartments.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartments are situated on the edge of a beautiful forest and dune area. You can walk for hours through the forest, across the dunes and along the beach. In the adjoining forest area your children can play to their heart's content and go on discovery tours. Children experience many adventures here, from playing hide and seek, building huts, picking berries, playing at the moat or discovering a bunker ruin.
Zoutelande is a cosy village situated on the sunny southern beach of the Walcheren peninsula in Zeeland. Here you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: long, clean beaches, beautiful dunes, a quiet polder landscape and many interesting sights in the immediate vicinity.
Zoutelande is of course the ideal destination if you want to enjoy the sun, sea and beach. But also the surroundings have a lot to offer. Zeeland is also worth a visit in winter. All year round you can hike or cycle through a very varied nature
Numerous activities are organised during the summer. For children there is something to experience every day (theatre, play activities, spring castles). Every Tuesday there is a convivial tourist market. What you absolutely must have seen once is the ring stitching on horseback or with the carriage. On the folkloristic days you will see all kinds of old crafts. Live music is regularly played on the cosy terraces of the cafés and restaurants. Spectators also come from far away to Zoutelande for sporting events such as beach running, triathlon and beach volleyball and football tournaments. But the undisputed highlight every year is the coastal marathon, where Zoutelande is the finish.

Redelijke low budget accomodatie
De accommodatie is ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Bij 3 wordt het wat krap. Het gebouw en interieur is gedateerd maar verder netjes. Helaas ontbreekt een magnetron in de keuken en die heb je ongeveer nodig voor alles wat je kant en klaar in de supermarkt kunt kopen. Jammer genoeg zijn de speeltoestellen buiten oud en verroest. Dat wil je je kinderen eigenlijk niet meer op laten spelen. Samengevat, de prijs is gunstig maar het voldoet niet meer aan de eisen van een moderne accomodatie.
