The Holiday home

Casa Bouganville has been recently modernized and offers all the features of a modern and comfortable holiday home. Various terraces offer magnificent views of the sea, the golf course of La Sella, the surrounding mountains and the surrounding area. A private pool with adjoining terrace invites you to swim, sunbathe and relax. The house consists of 2 floors, each one with separate entrance, but also connected by a narrow spiral staircase. On the upper floor (one level with the pool) is the open living area with dining table and open, modern and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with air conditioning and one bathroom. For creative guests the property provides an easel for painting and for musicians an e-Bass with amplifier.
From the living area you reach a large terrace with dining area, which offers a fantastic view and if desired you would have shade by a retractable sun awning. On the lower floor is another living room with a sleeping sofa for 2 persons, another bedroom and a big bath-shower room, as well as a storage room with washing machine and dryer. Various terraces around the house invite you to relax and unwind.

The sandy beaches and the town centers of Oliva or Denia can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Various, larger supermarkets and shops, as well as the shopping center of Ondara in 5 minutes by car.
The privately-owned residential area of ​​La Sella belongs officially to Pedreguer, but is due to its proximity mostly mentioned together with Denia. In this residential complex there is a 24-hour security service, tennis courts, riding stables, a small supermarket, pharmacy and a restaurant. Not to be missed is the 18-hole golf course La Sella, with adjacent spa hotel Mariott. These can be reached in only 5 minutes.
On the back of the property you may find a hiking trail to explore the surrounding area. The nature reserve Montgo offers many possibilities for hiking. For all kind of cyclists, the surrounding area is a paradise.
