In 2 minutes (300m) you can walk with a code card free access to the sports area, a private pool, bowling alley, table tennis, volleyball, football and children's playground court can be rented at the lifeguard for a fee.)With your own key you get access to the private beach of the Parco Belmonte directly at the lake. Within a radius of 300m -3KM there are several Bar´s,Pizzerias and Ristorante with typical local drinks and dishes.

Luino can be reached in approx. 8 minutes by car ( km). Every Wednesday of the year the weekly market with over 100 market stalls takes place here. Luino also has a landing stage for passenger shipping, from where you can reach all the marinas on the entire Laggo Maggiore. Directly in front of Luino there is a large supermarket with perfect fresh food counters and a huge range of goods. This market is open 24 hours a day!

A very relaxing holiday
We spent our holiday here for the second time. Booking and communication with the landlady was super uncomplicated and very friendly.
The equipment is top, everything you need is there. The location is perfect, with the car you can be in Luino in a few minutes to enjoy time at the lake or quickly do a few errands in the supermarket. A swimming pool is just a few minutes walk away, as is a good restaurant. We would love to come again when it suits us. Greetings Stefan & Angie
