Welcome to our modern and completely renovated domicile with free Wi-Fi/WIFI.
Take a look at all the photos to get a first impression of our beautiful year-round holiday destination.
From the large hallway you have access to all rooms. The open plan living-dining area offers comfortable living with a large TV
as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen. Dishwashing liquid, Zewa, tabs dishwasher and cloths are provided for the holiday start.
In the bedroom we have placed particular emphasis on comfort mattresses in addition to the furnishings. The new shower bath is generously
shower and hand shower and is equipped with hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, toilet paper and hand soap.
The sofa in the living room offers a comfortable sleeping accommodation for the 3rd and 4th person.
On the south terrace with garden furniture and awning you can enjoy the panoramic view of the lake and the mountains already at breakfast
at breakfast. The sun stays until the evening hours. Barbecuing is not allowed.
For your bicycles / or motorcycle we provide a free garage and a parking space
On the ground floor the ski room offers enough space for your skis/ boots and sledges in winter

After a short journey you will reach the largest, connected ski area north of the Alps.
Here you will find 9 ski areas with 81 slopes in 50 km total length, more than half of them
more than half of them snow-covered, a total of 56 lifts, 14 of which are modern chairlifts.
A special highlight are the 32 floodlit slopes.
Nature lovers will find 170 km of groomed cross-country trails from easy to difficult.
Directly in front of your doorstep lies the Rothaarsteig with wonderful hiking trails as well as the Hochheide with its sunny plateau, which you can reach

An oasis of well-being
