The house was completed in 2018. The apartment is very tasteful, modern and furnished to a high standard. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fully automatic coffee machine with free coffee.
The spacious living room offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The apartments are located in Kirchbach, only 10 minutes from the ski lifts at Nassfeld and only 5 minutes from the Nassfeld Golf Club.
Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and doctor, hairdresser, a beautiful outdoor pool, a sauna are all within walking distance.
The free ski bus stops about 300 mt from the house. Cross-country skiing and cycling can be done directly from the house.

Summer holiday 2020
Wonderfully located holiday flat on the first floor with a view of the mountains. Super great balcony with electric grill invites you to enjoy the sunset. Spacious flat (living/dining area, super large bathroom and a beautiful bedroom). A wonderful starting point for cycling (Tröpolach), hiking (Joch Alm :)) and swimming (e.g. Kirchbach swimming pool as well as surrounding lakes and the Gail). Our holiday was rounded off with the charming hosts (Roswitha and Rogger). Two great people who always gave us the feeling of being most welcome. Many thanks to both of you...we are already looking forward to the winter. LG
