The Holiday home

The perfect place for all our guests is the garden of this majestic villa since it has a salt water pool -sizing 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth that goes from 1 to 1.8 metres-, a children pool for the little ones -of 3 x 2 metres and 0.4 metres depth-, a lawn area where you can sunbathe on any of the 18 sun loungers, and a playground area with toboggan, swings and football goals. In addition, the beautiful views to the mountains will be your best company and will invite you to relax while cooking a barbecue at the furnished porch, or have a long walk throughout the 160.000 m2 plot where you will also find farm animals. The property is really quiet, it is fenced and the privacy is absolute, although there are direct neighbours, so that is why it is required to respect their rest time, avoiding music or high noise, specially at night.

This impressive house comprises 4 independent apartments. The main house has two floors with an independent apartment on each of them with independent exterior access for each one.

When you enter the apartment downstairs you are welcomed by a living room with a TV with satellite channels to welcome you and this leads to the kitchen -equipped with a professional gas stove, two ovens and all needed tools- and to the dining room for all the guests in the house -up to 30 people- which also features a TV, wood stove and a shower bathroom. There are 6 bedrooms, all with twin beds but one with a double bed, and all with a en-suite bathroom, some with shower and other with a tub.

You reach the top floor climbing the stairs and you find a large living-dining room, with TV, and an independent kitchen with a ceramic top, oven and the basic utensils to cook. Then you have 3 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom -either with shower or tub-. One has a double bed and the other two have twin beds. In addition, two of the bedrooms have access to a great furnished terrace with views to the pool.

By the main building there are two independent annexes. One features a great open space accommodating the living, the dining and the kitchen. It offers a TV and sofa, a table with chairs and a ceramic hob. Next you will find a second room with a sofa and a great space to be all together. And then the 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds. There also are two bathrooms with a shower in it. The second annex also has a large living-dining kitchen -with a TV, ceramic top and oven- and a second living room with a TV and a small table with 3 chairs. Then you have 4 rooms with twin beds and two shower bathrooms.

All bedrooms in the accommodation are equipped with AC and a wardrobe or a walk-in closet. There are up to three baby cots and high chairs available. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Sencelles is only 4 km away, and there you will find all needed services like bars, restaurants, a supermarket and more. This village as well as the nearby ones are quite charming and familiar. As it is in the centre of the island you will easily reach any point, specially the beach, being the nearest one 30.5 km away in Puerto de Alcudia.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
