The Holiday home

This impressive, one-storey cottage has a private, 10.5 m x 6.5 m chlorine pool, which is set around a large terrace with sun loungers and dining area with sunshade. The pool has a depth ranging from 0.9 m to 2.1 m. There are different terraces, a chill-out zone and a BBQ. The beautiful location with views to the countryside is probably the main reason you may love this property.

When entering the property, a nicely decorated hall welcomes the guests. The owner has paid great attention to the details, so you can feel like home. There is a rustic sitting-dining room with satellite-TV, with TV-SAT and pellet stove, that is ideal for long table-talks with your loved ones. Furthermore, there is another dining room and a second living room, ideal for reading. The kitchen with gas stove and fireplace is fully-equipped and in the laundry you will find a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with A/C and wardrobes. Two bedrooms offer a bathroom en-suite, 1 with shower and 1 with bath tub, and space for one cot. Additionally, there is one shower bathroom, and one exterior toilet. All in all, this property sets a highly desirable standard of living.

A less than 30 minutes' drive takes you the beautiful south coast and to the lively beaches of Playa de Palma and Can Pastilla, or to the natural, quiet beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita. If playing golf is what you are searching for, on the well-kept golf course Son Antem you can practise the perfect tee-off. The capital Palma de Mallorca is a blend between antic and modern influences. The cathedral La Seu, the museum of modern arts Baluard and the picturesque old town are emblematic spots of the city.
