The Holiday flat

The apartment has a communal swimming pool with an area for the kids and a big lawn area with sun beds where you can relax and enjoy the good weather of the island.

The accommodation has two double rooms with built-in closets and two in suite bathrooms. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. In the living room you will find table and chairs for four people, comfortable sofa and armchairs, fireplace and satellite TV. From the living room you can access the balcony where you will find table and chairs to organize meals outside.

Canyamel is a nice residential area with a fantastic beach close by. In the area you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants. If you like golf, you are in the right place, as there are 3 golf courses close by! We recommend visiting the famous Caves of Artà and the beautiful tower of Canyamel. Within a few minutes’ drive you can reach lovely virgin beaches as Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, Cala Mequida, and the touristy Cala Millor.

Artà, Capdepera and Son Servera are charming villages near Canyamel that are worth to visit.
Without doubt this is the perfect place to be with your family or friends and have an unforgettable holiday!

Note: The floor of the apartment can vary depending on the occupancy rate (from ground floor to third floor). However, it will always be an identical apartment.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
Arrival: from 4.00 pm. Departure: before 10.00 am. For arrivals after midnight (12.00 a.m.) a fee of 50€ may be charged, which the client has to pay in cash at the moment of check-in.
