The Holiday home

The exterior area of this stunning town house is a dream come to true. There are two great terraces where you can relax. One of them is perfectly ready to revel in the succulent barbecue that you will enjoy after a while in the jacuzzi that can be heated up to 35ºC. The top terrace still is more awesome with the salt water pool and the excellent views to the fields, forest and town. Imagine yourselves swimming along 5 x 3 metres (being the water depth between 1.2 and 1.6 metres) or chilling on the round outdoor daybed while you admire the beautiful landscape.

The house comprises 4 floors. The main floor is where you will find the common space like the spectacular living - dining - kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic top and oven to cook, a beautiful dining table and great area to sit on the sofa and armchair and watch satellite TV or enjoy a reading with the great views outside. You will also find an independent bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs on the first floor there are three more bedrooms, two of them featuring a double bed and the last one with twin beds. There are two baby cots and high chairs for the family little ones. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a closet. You will find the laundry room in the floor -1 equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property offers ducted air-conditioning and underfloor heating so you can pay a visit at any moment of the year.

Búger is a family and quiet village located in central - northern Mallorca, with all the needed services for a perfect stay like a grocery shop and some restaurants. In a 20 minutes drive you will reach wonderful beaches of white sand and crystalline water like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. Their shallow waters and extension make them perfect to practice water sports and to visit with children. However, there are other great sandy or pebbled coves in the area like Cala San Vicente or La Victoria.
