The cottage has 4 bedrooms, one with private access to the pool area, ideal for families. Two bedrooms with 2 beds each and one with a bed are located with bathroom, kitchen and living room on the ground floor. The tower room on the first floor with its own terrace can be reached via the winding inner staircase and is ideal for parents and romantic couples. The supply of modern media is guaranteed via WLAN and large-screen television with DVD player. A glazed terrace with a great sea view is also ideal for breakfast.
The pool is closed on one side with a cloister-like terrace. In the glazed part there is also the comfortable lounge for chilling out. An experience with dim lighting and a view of the illuminated pool. In the open area, culinary delicacies can be prepared on the large gas grill. A Hollywood swing doesn't just delight the children. The pool with the generous dimensions of 8,5X 4m and a water depth up to 2,3m is not only inviting for swimmers, but also for water polo games. The water quality is very skin-friendly due to treated rainwater and also requires less chemical additives.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located about 7km from Ametlla de Mar and Ampolla and 800m from the coast. Ampolla is a very famous seaside resort on the Ebro delta with its long and wide beaches in the south. Ampolla is very popular for strolling in the evening without being overcrowded. The house is ideal for nature lovers, you can explore the secrets of fauna and flora in the closest surroundings on your own land. A path leads through a Barranco, a mostly dry riverbed, to the children's adventure of following the path of the streambed through the shady paths over hill and dale.

Unforgettable vacation
We are already coming to the Catalonia region for the 5th time, but this time we felt at home like never before.
The landlord is incredibly nice.
If you have any problems (which we didn't have), he takes care of them immediately.
We are already looking forward to next year, because we will come again.
We will not look for another accommodation.
