The Holiday home

Casa de Campo is for 8 persons. The total area of the House is 140 m2. With a terrace of 42 m2 with a great view. The format is as follows: a total of 4 bedrooms. Two large, x 3 m and two smaller bedrooms, x 3 m. Living room/kitchen of 8 x 5 m the kitchen has a total length of 4 m. There is a large refrigerator/freezer. In the living room is a dining table for 8 persons and a generous bench with two are two showers and a toilet. Unique is the \"outer room with kitchen of 70 m2. This space is best described as a very large veranda with many shelter. In the summer of protection against the Sun and the heat and in the autumn enjoy the atmosphere with the comfort of the inside. In this \"outer room\", you\'ll find two dining tables for a total of 12 persons. In the outdoor kitchen, paella pan,with supplies for grills and cooking. The terrace with table and chairs is 42 m2. The House is entirely orientated on the nature and there is an almost unlimited space available for quiet enjoyment. Together with the three casitas offers Casa de Campo, a variety of sleeping arrangements for both families and for groups.

With the children you can go to Port Aventura in Tarragona, the sea aquarium in Valencia, the
honey museum in El Perelló or the ecological museum in the Ebro Delta, with great canoeing, with the children.
For nights out L’Ampolla and L’Amettla de Mar are the places to be. Sun, sea, rest and space: that is what you can find in El Perelló and enviroment. This place is situated in the north-east of Spain on the Costa Dorada, about 50 km. to the south of Tarragona and 150 km from Barcelona. The property is perfect for those looking for tranquillity, nature and culture lovers who enjoy relaxing, walking and cycling, nice food and cultural excursions.
Nature and beaches are here still unspoiled and the prices in the inland are very attractive.
The village El Perelló,is a lively village of 3000 residents with all possible amenities like a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, swimming pool, sports hall and bodegas (wine cellars), olive press factories and on Saturday morning there is a market. The prices are very attractive! Where do you pay € 1,- for a cup of coffee, a glas of beer or wine on a terrace? The village is situated between the fishing/beach resorts L’Ampolla and L’Amettla de Mar, where you will find beautiful large and small beaches. Even in high season it is not over-full and outside the school holidays it is remarkably quiet here.

Haus mit Pool ? Der Pool ist an einem anderen Haus, über eine steile Treppe durch Gelände zu erreichen. Dieser ist ein Gemeinschaftspool . Wird in der Beschreibung weg gelassen. Wc Papiere müssen in einem Eimer gesammelt werden da keine Kläranlage vorhanden ist.
