House SAMSA in Rovinj-Borik is situated in the quiet residential area “Borik” (“Pinewood”), an area abundant in trees and flower filled gardens, on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Rovinj, only 250 m from the beach. Our house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday at the sea. Families and children are very welcome.
The 2-room apartment A2+2 is suitable for 2 to 4 people. It is situated on the 1st floor and consists of a living / sleeping room with 2 sofa beds, dining area and fully equipped kitchen unit (incl. fridge with separate freezer, 2- plate electric stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, all necessary cooking and dining utensils, kitchen towels etc.), one bedroom with a 180×200 cm double bed, a bathroom with window (bathtub with shower, toilette, washbasin) and two balconies, one from each room. Both balconies are equipped with outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas.

Location and surroundings of object
Rovinj – the pearl of the Adriatic coast, is one of the most beautiful towns in whole Croatia. Situated on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, it has mild climate, lots of sunny days, warm sea and beautiful coastline with more than 16 islands.
Borik is a residential area of Rovinj with family houses with gardens and lots of trees. There is no through traffic (dead end streets), so it is quiet and family-friendly. There is a small supermarket and a fresh fruit and vegetable stand, where you can get your daily supplies only 150 m away. There are also a few restaurants within the walking distance of our house, as well as restaurants by the sea. The old town of Rovinj is 2,5 km away and can be easily reached in ca. 5 minutes by car, 10-15 minutes by bike or 25-30 minutes’ walk at pedestrian path alongside the scenic coast.
The Val de Lesso beach is easily reached on foot in only a few minutes, either along the forest path of through the village. It is surrounded with pine trees that offer the shade during summer heat. The view of the old town and the island of Figarola is magnificent. It is mostly pebble and stone beach, with easy access to water that make it very suitable for children. The beach is newly equipped with showers and changing rooms, as well as children´s playground in the shadow of old pine trees. There is a beach bar with live music in the evening, the well known restaurant Blue and snack bars next to the beach. One part of the beach is explicitly pet-friendly, dogs are allowed. Only a few minutes’ walk further along the cost, you reach the Family Hotel Amarin with its wonderfully landscaped gardens, children playgrounds, sport activities, rent-a-boat, rent-a-bike, beach and water sports and much, much more.
