House NoE is perfect for those looking for modern design in a quiet retreat. The house is located in the beautiful town of Bale, which awaits you with a medieval old town and narrow, flowery streets.
The lavishly renovated stone house has been furnished with great taste and to a very high standard by the owners Ines and Giulio. On the ground floor you will find the spacious, light-flooded living room with open kitchen and dining area as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. The two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the first floor of the house.
Experience relaxing evenings in the sheltered inner courtyard with outdoor kitchen or let yourself be pampered by the sun in the sunny garden. Here you can also enjoy a dip in the hot tub.
The nearest beaches are 6 km from the house. These can be reached quickly by car or shuttle train. You have free access to the Mon Perin campsite with its excellent infrastructure. On the beach, you will also find the Palao Park with pool area (for a fee).
The old town of Bale with numerous restaurants and shopping facilities is only a few minutes away from the house. Rovinj, the pearl of the Adriatic, is only 12 km away from Bale.

Location and surroundings of object
Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and Mediterranean scrub, the beautiful Istrian town of Bale sits on a karst plateau between Rovinj and Pula. It is only six kilometres to the coast with fantastic beaches and crystal clear water.
Time seems to stand still in the narrow cobbled streets of the village, the old walls tell stories of times long past. Bale has preserved the originality of its over 2000-year history. In this atmosphere you can escape from the fast pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in the peace and tranquillity of the place.
Despite its only 1300 inhabitants, Bale offers an excellent infrastructure. In addition to a small supermarket with butcher's shop and bakery, there are other shopping facilities as well as a post office, bank and ATMs
Let yourself be surprised by the offers of the local Konobas and try local olive oils of the top class
The nearby beaches of San Polo and Colone are among the most beautiful in Istria. Even in the high season they are not overcrowded and invite you to swim and snorkel.
Bale is also an excellent starting point for excursions, cycling and hiking tours.
