The closed, approx. 1,000 m² sun garden with barbecue and the approx. 30 m² roofed balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and the green form an oasis of peace in which you can retreat after an eventful day and simply relax.
Almost directly behind the house, the Val Grande National Park begins with its impressive valleys and mountain peaks, which can be explored on foot or by mountain bike. The lively village of Intra with its swimming pools, beach and car ferry can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes; a grocery shop and a restaurant are about 900 m away.
In order not to completely lose contact with the rest of the world, a free WLAN Internet access is available to you. The apartment has 3 parking spaces within the closed property. Apartment division:

Location and surroundings of object
Cambiasca (about 1,600 inhabitants) is located about 4 km from Intra at the foot of the Val Grande National Park with its imposing peaks and valleys. It was first mentioned in a document in 1082 in the hilly hinterland of Verbania. In the Middle Ages the place was subordinated to the deanery of San Vittorio in Intra. According to tradition, there were vineyards, pastures, farmland and wild forests here. Until the beginning of the 20th century, people's incomes were based on the timber industry, cereal and chestnut cultivation and livestock breeding.
The picturesque little village has well-preserved witnesses of a bygone era with narrow alleys, arcades, Serizzo portals and wooden staircases. The round fountain on the main square in the historical part of the village near the former church tower is particularly beautiful.
