Description
Our holiday flat is located on the outskirts of Papenburg. The distance to the Meyer shipyard is approx. 4.5 km, to the town centre approx. 2.5 km and to the golf course approx. 1 km. Our holiday flat is a NON-SMOKER APARTMENT. We have a large garden with a pavilion, barbecue area and other seating facilities. The flat is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and has a dishwasher, oven, freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and sufficient crockery and cutlery
Apartment 1 (ground floor) has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a large kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV and two bathrooms with walk-in shower. The second bathroom can be booked for 10€ a night. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The apartment can be occupied by up to 4 people. From the kitchen there is a covered terrace with seating, a beach chair and a charcoal grill.
Our apartment 2 (upper floor) has 3 bedrooms, two of them with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen-living room with flat screen TV, cosy sitting area and a round kitchen table for up to 6 people and 2 bathrooms. In the garden there is a pavilion with a garden table, enough chairs and a charcoal grill
The price includes bed linen and towels as well as electricity, gas and water. Furthermore, a small selection of bicycles is available free of charge.
From the end of September until the end of April there is an additional €5 per night for heating costs.

For 3 persons 75,00€ per night that makes 525,00€ per week. With 4 pers. 95,00€ per night that makes 665,00€ per week plus one-time 60,00€. The second bathroom can be booked for 10€ per night. |

Ihre Buchungsbestätigung per E-Mail ist für uns vertragsbindend. Folgende Rücktrittskosten werden in Rechnung gestellt: 30 Tage vor Reiseantritt 10% des vereinbarten Mietvertrages, 29-20 Tage vor Reiseantritt 20% des vereinbarten Mietvertrages, 19-15 Tage vor Reiseantritt 30% des vereinbarten Mietvertrages, ab 14 Tage vor Reiseantritt 40% des vereinbarten Mietvertrages, am Anreisetag 50% des vereinbarten Mietvertrages. Sollte sich die gebuchte Personenzahl ändern ist dies 7 Tage vor Reiseantritt mitzuteilen, da sonst die gebuchte Personenzahl berechnet wird.
