Our absolutely quietly situated holiday house on a approx. 2,000 m2 large hillside plot in the lotissement Rosumarinu on the peninsula Punta de La Chiappa with fantastic sea view (approx. 350 m) and view of the mountain panorama behind has a high-quality and tastefully furnished holiday apartment (studio) on the ground floor with approx. 30 m2 living space and a large natural stone terrace
On request, the entire house ( the apartment offered here on the ground floor and a spacious and elegant 3-room apartment (approx. 75 m2) on the 1st floor with a large terrace (approx. 30 m2) can be booked.

The house is located about 11 km south of Porto Vecchio (third largest city of Corsica with all shopping facilities, historic old town, restaurants, cafes, large marina with promenade) and only a few minutes by car from the famous sandy beaches in Palombaggia. In the neighbourhood (approx. 400 m) is the popular holiday club La Chiappa. During the season, the club offers a variety of sports activities such as diving, sailing, surfing, sauna by the sea, tennis, horse riding, beach volleyball, etc. and has a large pool area, shopping, bar and restaurants under palm trees directly on the water.

Dream place by the sea
This is the fifth time we have visited the Hench family's holiday home, and this time we chose "winter". You can definitely enjoy this beautiful spot at any time of the year. A small pebble beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes, more sandy beaches are available at the neighbouring campsite to which we had access as guests. And some of Corsica's dream beaches can be reached by car in a short time.
The tastefully furnished and well-equipped studio offers enough space for two people. But even with a (small) child it would not be a problem. You prefer to stay on the spacious terrace anyway and enjoy the unique view of the sea AND the mountains. All in all, definitely worth the trip - we will definitely be back!
