The centre of the tastefully furnished **** oasis of well-being is the cosy living studio with its wide window front to the covered loggia. The cosy reading corner invites you to browse and switch off. In the modern equipped kitchen with electric cooker/ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher you can easily prepare a tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner. The new pellet stove provides cosy warmth on cold days and lets you forget everyday life with a glass of red wine. Two separate bedrooms ensure a relaxing sleep. In the bright bathroom you will find a shower and a bathtub (incl. hairdryer). The entire flat has underfloor heating.
Internet access is possible (WLAN/streaming services). There is a second TV in the bedroom.
A cot and a high chair are available for the little guests.
An infrared heater allows breakfast outside on the covered loggia at any time. Smoking is also possible there.

This holiday home full of cosiness, flair and style is located in the heart of the Sauerland mountains, central to the tourist resorts of Winterberg and Willingen.
The house Sonnenhügel (540 m) is situated in a quiet south slope location with panoramic view over the Sauerland mountains, below the nature reserve and hiking area Langenberg (843,2 m/highest mountain northwest - Germany), Hochheide/Neuer Hagen(838 m)
The recreational area Hillebachsee (wakeboard facility) is only a few minutes walk away. Nordic-Walking and cross-country skiing start at the front door. Central to the bike centres Winterberg and Willingen.

Only approx. 7 minutes to the Winterberg ski carousel.
The apartment is located in the district of Winterberg-Niedersfeld.

Dear Wosnak family,
We had the great pleasure of staying in your vacation apartment and would like to share our enthusiasm with you in the form of this review. Our experience was simply excellent!
Firstly, upon our arrival, we noticed how extraordinarily clean and lovingly designed the apartment was. The furnishings were tasteful and meticulous, which made our stay very pleasant from the beginning. We were particularly impressed by the high ceilings, which gave the apartment an airy atmosphere. However, the true highlight was undoubtedly the spacious balcony. From here, we could enjoy our coffee every afternoon and admire the view of the mountains. This sight enchanted us daily and contributed to our relaxation.
You, Mr. Wosnak, also deserve the highest praise. Your friendly and helpful nature enriched our stay. At the same time, we greatly appreciated your discretion and consideration for our privacy, which is not always a given. This balanced combination of hospitality and respect greatly appealed to us.
Overall, we would like to sincerely thank you for making this dreamlike stay possible. We wholeheartedly recommend your vacation apartment to anyone seeking peace and relaxation amidst a beautiful mountain landscape.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, liebevoll eingerichtete sehr gepflegte Wohnung, mit einer Ausstattung, die mehr als 5 Sterne verdient hätte, sehr umfangreiches Material (Wanderkarten, Vorschläge für Ausflüge etc.) wurde zur Verfügung gestellt, sehr grosses gemütliches Wohnzimmer, auch die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen,

Immer wieder gerne!
Corona ist gerade vorüber, die Freigabe der Vermietung von Ferienwohnungen ist erfolgt und wir haben einige wunderschöne Tage in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung und der herrlichen Umgebung verbracht.
Bei unserer Buchungsanfrage war diese Situation noch nicht vorhersehbar. Dennoch war es kein Problem, mit Herrn Wosnak ein Agreement zu finden, falls der Urlaub Conona-bedingt doch ausfallen sollte.
Der Blick auf den Gast steht vorn, dass zeigt auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung. Alle Fotos der Webseite haben wir genau so vorgefunden.
Wir haben uns immer wohlgefüht. Von der Buchung bis zum Ende der Urlaubstage.

Sehr schöne Tage im Sauerland
Wir (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern (18 und 20) und Hund) waren erstmals im Sauerland und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Am Ort ist fußläufig alles Wichtige (Bäcker, kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, Metzger, ...) vorhanden und auch für Spaziergänge bietet sich der örtliche Stausee oder die Hochheide sehr an. Zudem ist mit dem Auto Winterberg oder Willingen schnell erreicht. Auch Tagesausflüge ins Ruhrgebiet (z.B. zur Zeche Zollverein oder zum Moviepark) sind gut machbar.
Die Ferienwohnung ist in gehobenem Stil eingerichtet und es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Auch die verglaste Giebelseite mit dem schönen Balkon machen den Unterschied zu anderen Ferienwohnungen aus.
Dass sich die Vermieter viele Gedanken über die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste machen, möchte ich nur an einem Beispiel verdeutlichen. in den meisten Fällen sind die Betten von Ferienhäusern mit Betten ausgestattet, deren Lattenröste nicht verstellbar sind. Da wir gerne mit leicht erhöhtem Kopfteil schlafen, war es sehr angenehm, dass in diesem Haus ein Verstellen problemlos möglich war.
Für alle Fragen und für Tips stand uns das Vermieterehepaar jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.
Zum Schluss noch ein Wort zum Urlauben mit Hund. Nicht jeder Vermieter möchte Hunde in seinen Häusern und Wohnungen haben. Hier wird dagegen die Möglichkeit eines Urlaubs mit Hund nicht nur angeboten sondern auch gelebt ...

Mein Urlaub in Mai 2016
Ein Super Wohnung mit sehr freundliche Vermieter, leider nicht für Senioren und Menschen mit eingeschrenkter gehfähgkeit geeignet, da bis zum Haus EG, 32 Treppenstufen zu erklimmen sind, und über 20 Stufen ohne Geländer ausgestattet sind, im Haus muß noch ein normale Etagetreppe bewältigt werden.

Erholung vom 1. Augenblick
Empfangen wurden wir wie alte Bekannte, obwohl wir zu ersten Mal kamen. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Einrichtung, Ausstattung und, und, und, alles super. Bei Fragen standen uns immer unsere Wirtsleute zur Verfügung. Sie gaben hilfreiche Tips, was man unternehmen konnte.
Der Blick vom Balkon war schon Erholung pur. Am liebsten wären wir geblieben. Aber wir waren
bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Sehr schöne & gemütliche Familien - Ferienwohnung
Wir haben im November eine wunderschöne Woche in Niedersfeld verlebt. Für uns und unsere Kinder (4Jahre)war es bereits zum zweitenmal die richtige Adresse, um für eine Woche dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die geräumige Fereinwohnung verfügt über alles, was man für eine angenehme Urlaubsbwoche benötigt; großer Sonnenbalkon sowie Holzpelletkamin inklusive. Im "Dörfchen" (fußläufig 5 min) gibte es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf (Bäcker, Supermarkt,Schlecker sowie einen guten und günstigen "Frittenschmid"). Die Freundlichkeit und Offenheit der Vermieter runden den sehr sehr positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Für einen entspannten Urlaub mit viel Natur: perfekt!!!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr schöne Umgebung, die zu ausführlichen Spaziergängen einlädt. In direkter Nähe u.a. die Niederfelder Hocheide oder ca. 20min Autominuten der Kahle Asten in Winterberg.
