Holiday house with private pool recently renovated. It is located in the village of Hlistići near Tinjan. It consists of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with air conditioning. The residential part of the house is on the first floor, while the ground floor is not rented. In the yard of the house which is completely closed is located a private swimming pool (28m2) , grill, outdoor shower, deck chairs and toilets. Private parking is behind the house. Pets are allowed with an extra charge on the spot.

Location and surroundings of object
Hlistići are a village just 2 km from the municipality of Tinjan. Because Tinjan is a municipality, it is not even a village nor a town. Tinjan is the most active during October, when the municipality hosts an International Fair of prosciutto. Although Tinjan has approximately 300 habitants, every year the fair is visited by at least a thousand people. The 2017 fair had a record with over 3500 people in three days.

Check in is from 16:00 - 21:00 , and check out not later than 10:00. Bed linen is changed every 7 days. Water is drinkable. Electricity 220 Volts. From - please do not make any noise, which could disturb other guests.
