to reach.
The first beaches are 20 minutes by car from the house.
Regardless of the direction you choose in Istria, within half an hour or hour you will be able to

Cancellation terms:
- If you cancel your holiday booking, we will provide a 100% refund if the period you booked is re-booked and finalized by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if and when this occurs. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2023 or 2024. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Highly recommended!
We were in Croatia for the first time and felt very comfortable. The house offers enough space for 2 families and is very well equipped. The quiet location with the beautiful view of the mountains was unique and breathtakingly beautiful.
Marina and her family welcomed us warmly and practically read every wish from our eyes.
The great pool guarantees fun for young and old. All in all, Villa Kate can be recommended without reservation.

Urlaub vom Feinsten
Wir haben einen ganz hervorragenden Urlaub verbracht. Neues, modernes Haus. Hochwertig eingerichtet und super nette Vermieter. Der Pool und die Aussicht von dort aus waren klasse.( Blick durchs Tal bis hin zum Ucka Gebirge. Sehr ruhige Lage (ca. 1,5 Km zur Hauptstraße im Tal, 18 Km zum Strand in Rabac. Kleiner "Tante Emma" Laden im Nachbarort. Ansonsten ca, 15 Km zum nächsten Supermarkt.
Eingezäuntes Grundstück. (Unser Hund hat es genossen) Frisches Obst (Weintrauben, Feigen etc.) durften wir jederzeit nehmen. Alles in allem eine super Adresse (bei 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern auch für große Familien bestens geeignet). Absolut empfehlenswert.

Perfect holiday
We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Kate. The house itself is beautiful. It's sparkling clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool is fantastic and the area around it is perfect for lounging, reading, napping or just admiring the beautiful views. Our group ranged from 11 to 82 and we all loved it. The owners are friendly and always on hand if you need anything, but not obtrusive. Kukurini is small and peaceful and a perfect base from which to explore Istria and to sample the wonderful local cuisine, wine and sights. We can't wait to go back.
