Descriptions

The Holiday home

Through an electric gate you reach the approx. sqm large property with old pine trees, palms and flowering plants. In front of the 170 sqm large villa there is space for 2 cars, further parking possibilities are on the street directly in front of the property. A covered veranda with comfortable wicker furniture takes you into the entrance hall. From here there is the large living room, the large kitchen with hatch to the dining area, as well as the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom. From both the living room and the kitchen there is a large covered terrace with beautiful views of the pool and garden.

The equipment in detail:

The plot is sqm large and equipped with an automatic garden irrigation, the heated pool 10 x 5 m is completely surrounded by a large pool terrace

In the whole house (170 sqm) there is a high-quality light marble floor, all rooms are heated/cooled by a central air conditioning system. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens so that you can sleep with the window open at any time of the year. There is satellite TV with German and international channels as well as free WLAN.

The large living-dining room has a floor-to-ceiling window to the front of the garden and a large double-winged glass door to the veranda in the rear garden area, an open fireplace and a large smart TV. The two sofa beds each have a lying surface of x and are suitable for permanent sleeping with slatted frame and mattress ( when 2 families with children are occupied).

The white kitchen is brand new and of high quality equipped with induction cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, programmable oven and microwave. All important small appliances such as coffee machine (filter and capsule), toaster, mixer etc. as well as a generous equipment with cooking utensils, crockery and glasses are also available.

The 3 bedrooms are each equipped with double beds x m and new mattresses as well as built-in wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Bathroom 1 can be entered through the master bedroom and is equipped with outside window, whirlpool, WC+BD and double washbasin.
Bathroom 2 can be reached via the hall and is equipped with an outside window, ground-floor shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.
Bathroom 3 is also accessible via the hallway and has an outside window, ground-floor shower, WC + BD and washbasin.

The front veranda is south facing with views to the front garden with a Moorish fountain, pine trees, palm trees and a cactus garden equipped with cosy white wicker furniture.

The rear large veranda faces north-west with views into the rear garden with the pool, pine trees, palm trees, lawn and a planting of flowering plants around the property wall. The veranda is equipped with a dining area with comfortable wicker chairs and a lounge area with spacious new white rattan furniture. In addition, there are 2 infrared heaters as well as an open terrace heating on gas basis so that one can sit also in the somewhat cooler season pleasantly on the terrace.

The veranda is connected to a large terrace with a Weber gas grill and further seating. This terrace merges into the large surrounding pool terrace with 6 pool loungers and 2 large parasols. Furthermore, there is a round brick garden house in the garden with further folding loungers, smaller sunshades etc., which can also be taken to the beach. Next to the house there is a brick inner courtyard for hanging laundry and parking bicycles. The house has 4 bicycles, which can be used by the guests under certain conditions.

Our beautiful Villa Bahìa Blanca is situated in the quiet suburb of Sancti Petri of Chiclana, surrounded by old pine trees and lots of greenery. The steep shore with pine forest and natural beach is 5 walking minutes away, the beach promenade of La Barrosa with restaurants and bars and the fantastic kilometre wide sandy beach can be reached in 10 walking minutes. The marina of Sancti Petri with numerous water sports, a beautiful quiet sandy bay and further restaurants and bars is about 20 minutes walk away. The 5 golf courses, tennis courts and riding stables of Novo Sancti Petri can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes or by bicycle in 20-30 minutes, as well as the historical centre of Chiclana.

Chiclana de la Frontera is located in the province of Cadiz / Andalusia on the Atlantic Ocean. The nearest airport is Jerez de la Frontera (approx. 35 min), Sevilla (approx. hours) or Malaga (approx. hours).

Within half an hour's drive you can reach the provincial capital of Cadiz and several of Andalusia's famous white villages, Conil de la Frontera, Vejer de la Frontera and Medina Sidonia.

Since we use the house together with our family very much ourselves, we keep certain times as not bookable for our own use free. In part, however, we are releasing such times again at short notice. From mid-November to mid-February long-term tenants are welcome. Minimum rental period is 1 month ( € plus additional costs). To the additional costs energy costs belong. which we calculate with the cost price per Kwh further (at present 23 cent), in the price calculator unfortunately only a full euro number could be entered.
