Description
The standig individually mobilehome is functional furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground and grill possibility.
Holiday resort
reception (safe), 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, internet (WLAN), supermarket, kiosk and laundry. A plastic wristband must be worn. Some equipment and facilities are subject to a fee. Please order any cots and high chairs required when booking. Free services: nursery room and boat ramp 50 m from the entrance.
Location
Peschiera del Garda. The mobilehome is located on a campsite, on a 40000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and trees, limited by a hedce. A few kilometers from the main attractions of the region, the campsite is an oasis of peace to feel at home. The attentive family management makes it a destination for a carefree holiday. Great value is placed on services and small details. The campsite is situated close to the waterfront. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property. Mini Club and daytime and evening entertainment for children and adults from Easter week to September. Soccer field, beach volleyball, shows. For a fee (outside the campsite): rental of bicycles, canoes, pedal boats, boats. Golf course about 2 km.

Room
The entrance in your mobile home leads directly in the living room / bedroom. Bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 additional bed on sleeping accommodation (only suitable for children under the year of 11) and small wall-mounted bed (suitable for a person of max. 150 cm and 60 kg). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on sleeping accommodation, dining area (6 seats), access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 sunbeds) and with covered wooden terrace and small electric kitchen plate. Additional sleeping space in the living room, represented by the seat with cushions around the dining table. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove (4 flames), fridge (icebox) and Basic kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 40 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). Location of the accommodation was good. Village center and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was very nice. Pool very loud and busy. All beach chairs at 9 o'clock occupied. Too bad that it is relatively far to the beach.
