If you want to relax, this place is absolutely perfect.
It has a terrace, with a breathtaking view over the gulf and the town, and a wonderful panorama from every window.
There’s also a small garden with a table and a two sun-chairs.
The house is spacious: suitable for big families or a group of friends. It accommodates maximum 6 people.
The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed (two single beds).
Then, there are two sofa beds in the living room.
There is one reserved parking place (included in the price).
A special parking ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car) is available upon request.
Price per week: 30€
This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places of Levanto for free.
Important: this ticket is not a private parking. This ticket allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city (with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate - you will be given instruction about this.)

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is in a very quiet and panoramic location, at the beginning of the road that leads to the Mesco, just over the old town of Levanto.
It's slightly set on a hill, in the green of the olive trees.
By car, it takes just a couple of minutes to get the beach.
You can reach the main beach “Bagni Casinò” with a walk: it is about 1 km from the house (15 minutes on foot).
Pets are welcome!
Levanto is the starting point for visiting the "Cinque Terre", by train, by boat and by paths.
The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeings.
It is a "slow city" where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.

We were very satisfied, the view of the sea was exhilarating. The location was absolutely quiet. We did not miss anything. Mr. Bricca was always available to us. The additionally booked parking ticket for parking in Levanto is highly recommended.

Vacanza tranquilla
L'appartamento rispecchia totalmente quanto presentato nelle foto e nella descrizione. Si trova in collina, in un contesto molto tranquillo nel verde, con vista meravigliosa, a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal paese. Un posto davvero idilliaco. Parcheggio privato, anche se non del tutto comodo (asfalto pieno di buche). La spiaggia più vicina, sempre alla stessa distanza, è piccolina ma molto carina e poco affollata. Per fare la spesa bisogna assolutamente andarci in macchina.
I proprietari/locatori sono molto gentili, sempre disponibili e pronti a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste.
Assolutamente da consigliare!
