Description
In the beautiful Schwerin lake landscape, not far from the Baltic Sea coast, you will find peace and relaxation here. With great attention to detail, contemporary and sophisticated design, the house radiates warmth and security, combining modern and playful style elements. The house is divided into a total of 3 holiday flats.
The 125 m² holiday flat is designed for six people. Here you and your loved ones can take a break from everyday life and breathe deeply. You can expect a modern furnished flat with a large living-dining-kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a hallway.
The spacious hallway leads you directly to the heart of the flat: a large eat-in kitchen of about 60 sqm. Here you have a large dining table for a total of 10 to 12 people. There are also two leather couches and armchairs at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, overhead cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and everything else you need in a holiday home kitchen. From the kitchen-living room you have a fantastic lake view. The 3 bedrooms each have 1 double bed. For your entertainment, 2 bedrooms have a 49-inch smart TV with sound bar, which you can also control as a radio or music player via your smartphone. In one of the bathrooms you will find a bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower, in the other a spacious walk-in shower. In both, of course, there is a WC and hand basin.
Step outside and make use of the large terrace (36 m²) to look directly onto the lake and spend the day under the sun. Comfortable terrace furniture invites you to do so. In the spacious garden, with fruit meadow and access to the lake, there is more garden furniture and barbecue ready for you. 3 single kayaks are available to all guests of the house free of charge.

The place
Hohen Viecheln is a small, dreamy fishing village on Schwerin Lake. The guests who come here feel very much at home. The village lies on the edge of the Döpe nature reserve. In Hohen Viecheln you can walk to the fisherman with fish sale and snack bar, restaurant, playground, boat rental, bathing beach with large sunbathing lawn and bus stop. Well-maintained cycling and hiking paths lead through the village.
Leisure and excursions
As the third-largest inland lake in Germany, Lake Schwerin offers you a wide range of possibilities on land and on water. Thanks to its central location between the state capital Schwerin (20 km) and the Hanseatic city of Wismar (15 km), you are within easy reach of countless leisure activities and sights. The Baltic Sea is also only 20 minutes away by car. Popular excursion destinations include the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the zoo and Schwerin Castle, the island of Poel, the old town and harbour of Wismar and the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen and Wohlenberger Wiek.
In the nearest town of Bad Kleinen (approx. 3 km) you will find everything for your daily needs: supermarkets, shops, tourist information, bicycle rental, pharmacy, doctors, restaurant, guarded beach, etc.

Dreamlike!
We spent 1 week in this perfectly equipped holiday flat in wonderful autumn weather. Beautiful furnishings with a lot of attention to detail, the great location and a warm landlady let us spend a wonderful holiday.

Top Ferienwohnung mit Erholungsfaktor
Wir waren zu sechst in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung, super ausgestattet, sauber und sehr modern. Man merkt hier dass alles mit Liebe zum Detail gemacht wurde. Super Terrasse und morgens ganz alleine in den See hüpfen. Immer wieder zu empfehlen!

Erholung direkt vor der Haustüre
Sehr geschmackvolle komplett renovierte großzuegige Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen. In der Küche ist alles komplett vorhanden. Die Terasse mit Blick zum See ist ein Traum, ebenso der gleich an den Garten anschließende öffentliche Badeplatz. Besonders schön am Morgen vorm Frühstück einsam im See zu schwimmen und anschließend auf der Terasse zu frühstücken. Unserer Sorge, dass die oberhalb des Hauses verlaufende ICE Trasse lärmtechnisch Probleme macht, hat sich erfreulicher weise nicht bestätigt, da sie tiefer abgesenkt ist. Alles in Allem rundum zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung !!!

Sehr schöne Fewo in ruhiger Umgebung am Nordende des Schweriner Sees
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer Toplage mit direktem Blick auf den Aussensee (nördlicher Teil des Schweriner Sees) Die Fewo ist geräumig und bietet viel Komfort, u.a. gleich 2 Kühlschränke 2 Badezimmer und eine sehr schöne Terrasse
Man hat direkten Zugang zum öffentlichen Badplatz am See für
Wassersportaktivitäten.
An sonnigen Nachmittagen muss man den Badeplatz mit ziemlich vielen Badegästen teilen und dann ist die Ruhe halt nicht mehr garantiert.....
Der Garten ist traumhaft !

Ich hab ein Haus am See .
Wir hatten im Juni für zwei Wochen die Wohnung 1 . Frau Doberenz hatte uns bei der Ankunft schon sehr herzlich empfangen .
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Der großzügigen Küche fehlt es an nichts . Selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Alles war sehr sauber und wie neu .
Der riesige Balkon und der Blick hin zum See . Traumhaft schön! Der Badestrand ist gleich nebenan und nach ein paar Metern über die Wiese zu erreichen .
Selbst ein kleines Ruderboot stand uns zur Verfügung.
Wir hatten schon einige schöne Ferienwohnungen . Diese gehört zu den Schönsten .
