The Holiday home

Welcome to our holiday home in La Croix Valmer. It is located on the Côte Azur near in a quiet residence consisting of smaller private houses. The village itself slopes gently down to the sea - surrounded by palm trees and vineyards
The residence includes a large supervised pool with children's pool, 4 tennis courts, 3 table tennis tables and a clubhouse with restaurant and large outdoor terrace. The use of these facilities is free of charge and restricted to residents
The centre of the village is within walking distance and the sandy beaches can be easily reached in 5 minutes by car

The cottage is situated away from the traffic, is at ground level and has a wonderful sea view. The large terrace with pergola is not open to the public. All garden furniture and two sun beds are available. A beautifully planted garden adjoins the terrace
The house with the outside facilities was completely renovated in 2018, it is fully air-conditioned. The house has its own parking place. It is equipped for a family with 2 children and has 2 bedrooms. In the kitchen-living room with snack bar and dining area you will find all cooking and dining utensils for daily use, modern standard equipment, a microwave, a large fridge with double freezer compartment, a dishwasher and washing machine and a television
In the master bedroom there is a French bed (1,70x2,10m), a wardrobe and a bedside table. The children's room has a bunk bed (2x 0,90x1,90m) and wardrobe, the bathroom (with window) has a washbasin wardrobe and a rain shower with hand shower at ground level. The toilet is separate in the house.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is situated on the outskirts of La Croix Valmer in a quiet cul-de-sac on a slightly sloping, built-up area. The long sandy beaches are close by. Parking spaces are located close to the beach, but cannot be seen from there. They are partly subject to charges and partly free of charge. The water is clear, lovely to bathe and snorkel. The beach of La Croix "Debarquement" extends in a wide bay up to the neighbouring village Cavalaire sur Mer. The beach "Gigaro" offers a fantastic view over the sea to this neighbouring village, especially in the evening when the sun goes down and the lights of the distant village flash.
The cliff walks on well-developed partly high paths at the end of the beaches with breathtaking views of the deep blue sea and the surrounding green mountain slopes are highly recommended. Along these cliff paths there are several small bays where you can swim and enjoy the nature on your own.
The village centre with all shopping facilities, best restaurants with French cuisine and free entertainment such as live music and variety shows can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. This is especially nice for a morning walk to get the inevitable fresh breakfast baguette but also at evening exits - the car stays at home! And with each course one is accompanied by dreamlike views on the sea out.
A lively and colourful weekly market takes place weekly on Sunday.

The surroundings are dominated by vineyards, palm trees, oleanders, bougainvilleas and the most beautiful inflorescences of all kinds
Picturesque mountain villages nearby, such as Gassin and Ramatuelle, as well as marinas such as Port Grimaud (Little Venice) or Cavalaire invite you to visit them and take a boat trip - also to the offshore islands.
The glamorous (8 km) is home to the life of the jet set, where you can admire the giants of luxury yachts from all over the world, the glittering nightlife, the legendary white beaches (Pampelonne) with their famous clubs (Club 55) and the most luxurious haute couture fashion shops ( Dior)
Let yourself be seduced and take part in the colourful and light hustle and bustle with all its delicacies, which is so typical for southern France and the Côte d´Azur.

La Croix is a family-friendly village surrounded by vineyards and the sea, with a typical southern French flair. Because of its all-round possibilities for an eventful holiday, it has long been an insider tip on the Côte d´Azur. The long sandy beaches far away from disturbing traffic and surrounded by palm trees, huge eucalyptus trees and emerald green pine trees in the hinterland are among the most beautiful on the Côte d´Azur.
Due to the good location of the village, only 8km away from , this lively harbour town is quickly reached by day and by night. Dream cities such as Nice, Cannes or Monaco are easily accessible on day trips, as are the metropolises of Marseille and Toulon.

Dear prospective tenant, we are a family with 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. We spend our own holidays there and look forward to every holiday guest who can also spend their holidays in this wonderful area. As a special advantage of our house we feel the wonderful panoramic view on the sea and the peace, which one can enjoy on the large terrace.
A nice advantage of the village in the low season is a free public heated outdoor pool in the centre of the village.
During the high season there is a free shuttle bus to the beach, which runs several times a day.
One advantage is that the centre of the village can be reached quickly on foot - for evening exits or for easier shopping such as the indispensable baguette for breakfast
The large pool area with crystal clear water and sea views is a wonderful place to relax after or before the lively beach life on the loungers provided.
