Description
You will find our holiday homes on the outskirts of Ermreuth in a sunny location with a view of nature and orchards.
Land³ consists of 3 cubes, one behind the other, each connected with a lounge. The Blue Queen and the Red Marble share the large lounge with 25 sqm.
MiraBelle is the largest cube with 50 sqm and its own entrance and small lounge. The wooden terrace is accessible from both the lounge and the living room. The sofa in the living room has a sleep function and offers additional space for 1 person/children.
In the 2nd bedroom, a bed with 140 x 200 cm offers space for 1-2 person.
This house can be used well by families or for longer periods.
It is the last house and directly accessible from the car park.

With our photovoltaic system we contribute to the electricity generation for the house consumption, a part goes into the grid and another part into the E3DC battery storage. We are supplied with green electricity from the grid.
You can pursue your activities here whether sporty or more leisurely - hiking, cycling, going on excursions or simply lazing around and recharging your batteries: here you set the pace.
For your secret passion, there is a billiard 8 ft. as well as information material in the large lounge.

Every season has its special charm here: the blossoming of the fruit trees in spring is a special experience, in summer the landscape with its green meadows and hills, autumn empties its pot of colour over the fruit slopes and makes them glow in red and gold, and in winter you can go sledding, cross-country skiing or take long walks. Ermreuth lies in a charming valley basin 8 km from the main town.
You can quickly reach many special excursion destinations as well as leisure and animal parks. A desire for culture : museums, half-timbered houses, castles and palaces, Nuremberg, Erlangen and UNESCO World Heritage Bayreuth - Bamberg - Regensburg can be discovered.

| In all holiday weeks Carnival, Easter, Whitsun, Summer, Autumn and Christmas the minimum stay is 6 nights. We charge a cleaning flat rate of 40 EUR up to 4 nights, from 5 nights the cleaning is included in the rental price. For each additional person up to 1 year 25 EUR/stay, over 1 year we charge a surcharge of 10 EUR/day (already calculated in the displayed price) A baby cot and a high chair are provided. Please indicate the age of the child when booking. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Well-behaved dogs on request. |

For active people: Adventure weekend - climbing forest & cave tour & kayak tour can be booked in advance . E.g.: Aktiv-Reisen there is a canoe bike rental, but also at Peters Radl Stadl in Igensdorf.
You can start your hiking or biking tour from the front door or find other activities within a few minutes drive - caves, castles, climbing rocks, kayaking, paragliding, sailing, golf, swimming pools, museums, amusement parks etc. and of course we are also very close to the local mountain of the Franconians, the Walberla.
During the Christmas season, large and also small Christmas markets are inviting - the Bamberg and Nuremberg Christkindles Market. There are also numerous nativity scene trails with large Franconian nativity scenes to marvel at.
In winter, when there is enough snow, you can go cross-country skiing or sledging.
In the Easter season, the tradition of the Easter fountains comes alive - a fascination of colourful eggs.

beautiful holiday
Once again, a very nice holiday in the best summer weather in a holiday home that now feels very much like home to us. Always prepared and also with "attention to detail" as well as personal care (cold beer for dad and fine juice for the children).

We stayed in the Mirabelle and felt very comfortable. The apartments and the surroundings are perfect and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Truly one of the most beautiful vacation rentals we have ever known. The reception and further contact with the Harbrecht family was very friendly and attentive. It was a perfect stay. We will gladly come back.

As landscape gardeners, we have been living and working here for 30 years and were lucky enough to build this beautiful property on the outskirts of Ermreuth with the Flying Spaces. We love the open view of the landscape and enjoy observing nature and the grazing cows. We wish everyone there a good time.
