The studio is located in a townhouse, built in 2006 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the sunny hillside location. For common use are available: children's playground, swing, sandpit, terrace and garden furniture. Ski and bicycle room is available for all 5 Holiday Flats, where each Holiday Flat has an own lockable ski cabinet.

Benecko, 750 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the house are 4 apartment CSR RIG 161 (each for 4 persons) and 1 studio CSR RIG 162 (2 persons). The owner and studio on the ground floor of the apartment building and all have an entrance from outside. The access goes directly from the main road. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

It was a very pleasant stay there. There everything was perfect! The landlord was very nice and we would book there again.
