Description
This gorgeous holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a holiday home, which on the one hand borders directly on the Baltic Sea coast and on the other hand is only separated by a small street from the private beach of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. A place where holiday dreams come true!
This flat is not suitable for children under 6 years of age, e.g. the veranda is separated from the water by wire ropes.
The large living and dining area is equipped with a very modern kitchen with kitchen block, which leaves nothing to be desired in terms of design and equipment. Cooking to your heart's content while looking at the sea is possible in our home port 2.
Adjacent is the living area with TV and panoramic windows. Watch the sailors or fishing boats as they sail through the mouth of the sluice into the Baltic Sea, with the lighthouse always in view.
The large master bedroom offers a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00m) with sea view as well as a view of the gas fireplace, as a large sliding door separates the living room and bedroom. Guests enjoy a lot of privacy in the master bedroom through the en suite bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, a washing machine, a dryer, a WC and a large washstand. The bio-sauna is also located in this bathroom.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a box-spring bed (1.60x 2.00m) and offers an unobstructed view of the private beach of the Ostseeresort Olpenitz. A second bathroom en suite with shower, WC, washstand and hairdryer is available for our guests
Two large sun terraces and an 80sqm roof terrace are available to our guests. Equipped with a beach chair, lounge furniture and comfortable seating for dining, our guests will want for nothing in this holiday flat.
The holiday flat is part of the northern, newly built exclusive Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be some construction work in the area. We will be happy to inform you about the exact status. However, we unfortunately have no information as to when future work will be carried out.

The Ostseeresort Olpenitz is being built in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln directly between the mouth of the Schleim River and the Baltic Sea
On the more than 150-hectare site of the former Olpenitz naval base, a new, unique holiday resort in a class of its own is being built, which will captivate with its variety of holiday homes and properties with Baltic Sea proximity

Our Ostseeresort Olpenitz is constantly developing and we are all very excited about the development until the planned completion in 2022
On the north pier, we have our own private beach for guests at the Baltic Sea resort. There is plenty of space here for young and old to lie down, play and swim.
The new EDEKA market also offers a bakery and a gastro area with a view of the harbour basin
For extensive tours by bike, the company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family directly on site. In the southern part of the Baltic resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square metres. Enjoy nice walks along the harbour promenade and have a look at the small shops in the house Klabautermann.
There is also fresh fish directly from the cutter, excursion traditional sailing boats, canoe and boat hire, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbour cinema.
The immediate vicinity of Weidefelder Strand, approx. 3 km away (incl. dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer), rounds off the holiday offer.
The nearest town, Kappeln, is a recognised Baltic Sea spa and health resort with a population of approx. 10,000, offering many tourist attractions for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and cosy fishing harbour, is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a trip on the Schlei paddle steamer "Schleiprincess" from Kappeln harbour to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bicycle tour along the many beautiful cycle paths along the Schlei and Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist von der Lage her das beste Haus in der ganzen Anlage. Es gibt aus jedem Fenster einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf die Ostsee! Wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten die Wohnung jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in der Adventszeit gemietet. Sie ist extrem geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und war liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist eine der besten im Ostseeresort Olpenitz. Nach hinten schaut man direkt auf die Ostsee und die Schleimündung, nach vorne geht der Blick auf den Privatstrand des Resorts. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Meerzeit für Ferien war ebenfalls klasse. Wir werden die Wohnung Heimathafen 2 mit Sicherheit wieder mieten.

Für mich als regelmäßige Olpenitz-Besucherin ist dies die perfekte Ferienwohnung mit dem schönsten Ausblick in alle Richtungen, sowohl auf die Ostsee bzw. Schleimündung als auch auf den Privatstrand. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und man merkt, dass alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht und arrangiert wurde. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefüllt und extrem gut erholt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!
Die Betreuung durch die Agentur „Meerzeit für Ferien“ war wie immer sehr professionell, angenehm und freundlich.

Es ist herrlich! DAS ist eine Wohnung am Meer. Ja, der Heimathafen ist nicht nur am Meer, sondern schon fast im Meer. Dabei wahnsinnig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der perfekte Ort für mich. Ich habe große Lust sofort wieder zu kommen.

Der Blick aus allen Fenstrn ist atemberaubend...und das bei jedem Wetter! Es war alles vertreten, Sonne, Regen, Sturm...und die aufgewühlte Ostsee quasi direkt neben dem Sofa ersetzt jedes TV-Abendprogramm! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder!

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit perfekter Lage. Bei der Sauna hätte man sich etwas mehr mühe geben können. Das Kamin Feuer war defekt. Dieses haben wir aber auch erst auf Nachfrage heraus gefunden.
Das Haus Punktet aber eben mit der Lage. Rückseite die Ostsee und nach vorne direkt der Strand.

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen im Resort. Man kann sofort entspannen. 2 Terrassen mit wundervollen Ausblicken. Sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts.
