Description
This new luxury penthouse is located directly "On the Baltic Sea". From the U-shaped sun terrace you have a marvellous view over the entire resort and the Baltic Sea. The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of the "Residenz Bollwark", surrounded by the Baltic Sea and the Schlei. You can easily reach the flat by lift. Our guests can expect a high-quality equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area with panoramic glazing, two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The very high-quality furnishings promise maximum living comfort.
The penthouse is fitted with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows throughout and offers uninterrupted views of the Baltic Sea, the harbour or the Schlei on all sides. You can access the U-shaped dream terrace from the living/dining area and also from both bedrooms. The high-quality luxury kitchen with cooking island allows you to enjoy the view over the water while cooking. Both bedrooms and the spacious living room have an LCD TV. The bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds (1.80m x 2.00m) and opaque, blackout pleated blinds. Both showers are flush with the floor, making them ideal for people with walking disabilities or wheelchairs.
The U-shaped sun terrace is a great place to relax, overlooking the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, where you can enjoy the sun at any time of day on the upholstered patio furniture or the beach chair.
This penthouse is ideal for 2 couples who are friends or have a family connection and would also like to retreat from time to time. An underground car park and a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated) are also available to our guests.
The "Hochgenuss" penthouse is part of the newly built Ostseeresort Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be construction work in the surrounding area. We will be happy to inform you about the exact current status. However, we have no information on when future work will be carried out.

The Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort is being built in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim estuary and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150-hectare site of the former Olpenitz naval base, a new, unique holiday resort in a class of its own is being built, which will impress with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.
Ostseeresort Olpenitz is nestled in an unrivalled natural setting and equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and varied all year round.
Our Ostseeresort Olpenitz is constantly evolving and we are all very excited about its development until its planned completion in 2022.
We have our own private beach for guests at the Baltic Sea resort on the north pier. There is plenty of space for sunbathing, playing and swimming for young and old.
The new EDEKA supermarket also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbour basin.
For extensive tours by bike, the company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family directly on site. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course covering an area of 2,800 square metres. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbour promenade and take a look at the small shops in Haus Klabautermann.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing excursions, canoe and boat hire, Optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbour cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach approx. 3 km away (incl. dog beach, restaurant, beach chair hire, kiosk, DLRG supervision in summer) rounds off the holiday offer.
The nearest town, Kappeln, is a recognised Baltic Sea spa and climatic health resort with approx. 10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist attractions for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cosy fishing harbour, is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a trip on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from Kappeln harbour to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a cycle tour along the many beautiful cycle paths along the Schlei and Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

Das Objekt "Hochgenuss" war für uns wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Urlaub in dem luxeriösen Penthouse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick genossen.

Sprichwörtlich ein Hochgenuss. Es war als wären wir auf einem Schiff. Rundherum Wasser und tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Das Penthouse „Hochgenuss“ ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verspricht Erholung von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde. Einfach ein Traum :)

Wir waren im August in dieser tollen Wohnung. Der Ausblick auf Ostsee und Schlei war atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig möbliert und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Super wie schon 2019 diese Aussicht einmalig. Die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig.. Das Meerzeit Team zuvorkommend und freundlich.Wir haben jetzt das 4.mal über Meerzeit gebucht und werden es 2021 auch wieder machen.
