The magnificent, detached house "Villa Vintage" is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the Westerschouwen forest. The wide beaches, the extensive dune landscape and the cosy restaurants are all within walking distance. In the large garden of 2000 m2 you can enjoy the long summer evenings after a day on the beach.
The house was newly furnished in vintage style and provided with all comforts. In the sitting area you have a cosy fireplace. The house offers free WLAN and digital TV with many German channels. Behind the sliding door there is a large garden with a terrace and a large lawn where the children can play. Of course there is a grill.
The open kitchen, next to the seating area for 6 persons, is generously equipped with a 4 burner gas cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a combi microwave. In the spacious laundry room there is a washing machine.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and has its own bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet. In the second bedroom there are two boxspring single beds and a washbasin. Both bedrooms have enough cupboards. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
The large mezzanine floor with sitting area and television is reached via the stairs (with staircase grille) in the living room. An ideal place for children. The two bedrooms on the first floor each have a single bed and a chest of drawers. There is also a shower and a separate toilet with washbasin.
The house is centrally heated. You can park on your own premises (2 cars). For example, you can park your bicycles in the large garage. For your daily shopping, there is a supermarket at walking distance open during the season.
"Villa Vintage" is the ideal location for a holiday by the sea.

The beach, the nature reserve "Boswachterij Westerschouwen" (the largest forest in Zeeland) with the new "climbing forest" and numerous cosy restaurants are within walking distance. The extensive dune landscape in the immediate vicinity is suitable for magnificent hiking and cycling excursions. Water sports enthusiasts are also at the right address here. Numerous places like Burgh-Haamstede, Veere, Middelburg and Zierikzee are definitely worth a visit. Westenschouwen is a small, quiet place on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland.
You can rent beach cabins.
The "Deltaworks" with the "Deltapark Neeltje Jans" are only 1 km away.
