Would you like to enjoy the sun, the beach and the sea?
Then you've come to the right place.
In Kortgene, in the Deltona Park, we offer you a cosy, completely newly renovated holiday home with garden for 6 persons.
The house has approx. 85 sqm of living space with a 360 sqm large garden and is completely surrounded so that you can enjoy the optimal privacy.
Ground floor layout:
Large living room with open kitchen. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with toilet and a storage room accessible from the outside.
Upper floor layout:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC
Garden
Terrace with roofing and furniture, lawn around and a beautiful "Schelpenplatz". A garden house (only for us privately) with a roofed terrace (with furniture), which you can use of course also on not so nice days, rounds the whole thing off. In this garden you can find a sunny or shady seat at any time of the day and enjoy your holiday.
Playground
In front of the house there is a large meadow where your children can romp and play to their heart's content. Here an old tree population always provides a shady place.
The house
You enter the house through the terrace door and directly into the large living/dining area with open kitchen. It offers enough place for 6 persons for cosy hours a wood stove is available
Kitchen equipment
Modern cottage style kitchen equipped with dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven combined with microwave and grill, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, iron and of course plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Wardrobe, 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, armchair, table, showcases and TV furniture.

2 single beds (80 cm x 200cm), 1 bedside table, 1 shelf and 1 TV.
Bathroom equipment downstairs
In the bathroom there is a modern shower with wellness shower panel, 1 washbasin with base cabinet and mirror cabinet and 1 WC.
The bathroom also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A small freezer is also at your disposal.
All windows are equipped with blackout curtains and insect screens.
Upper floor
The generous Merantiholz staircase takes you up to the top.
There you will find 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Equipment bedroom 2 upstairs
The bedroom upstairs on the right is equipped with a double bed (180cm x 200cm), 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe and TV. The window is equipped with insect screens, blackout curtains and roller shutters.
Equipment bedroom 3 upstairs
In the third bedroom upstairs you will find three beds (2 beds 100cm x 200cm and 1 bed 80cm x 200cm), 2 night consoles, 1 wardrobe and 1 TV wardrobe with TV. The window is equipped with insect screens, blackout curtains and roller shutters.
There is also a travel bed for the smallest ones.

Modern bright bathroom with skylight, sunblind and insect screen.
The bathroom is equipped with a modern wellness shower cubicle, washbasin, mirror, cupboards and a WC
There is a vacuum cleaner on the ground floor and on the upper floor.

Kortgene is located on the island of Noord-Beveland.
Due to its favourable location on the Veerse Meer, Kortgene has developed strongly as a tourist destination in recent years.
Kortgene is a very traditional village with its beautiful large port Delta Marina, which has 700 berths. The ideal place for water sports enthusiasts. Here you can also find all shops, many restaurants and street cafes. From the house you can reach the centre in a few minutes on foot.
Many festivals, markets and events are organised regularly in the village.
There is always something to do for every age group.
The restored grain mill "de Korenbloem" can be visited every Saturday.
The Veerse Meer is 5 minutes walk away. Here, too, water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth. Whether sailing, surfing or swimming, diving or fishing, everything is possible because the Veerse Meer knows no tides. Whether hiking or cycling, it is always a pleasure to enjoy the peace and quiet and to explore the surroundings
There is a ferry connection (in the summer months) to Wolphaartsdijk on the island of Zuid Beveland.
The favourable location to the North Sea (approx. 9km), where you can enjoy the sea and the dunes makes this place unique.

Holiday in Zeeland
We spent a wonderful holiday week in Zeeland with two families, 2 adults and 1 toddler each. The house is large, the rooms are spacious and everything was to our complete satisfaction. The bungalow park is nice and quiet and very well situated for day trips to the sandy beaches or towns (Domburg etc.). The small town is within walking distance and offers possibilities for shopping, snacking or eating out. The house has a nice, covered terrace where you can sit comfortably with several people, while the children can play in the surrounding garden or in the large open space in front of the house. We can recommend the holiday home and also the landlords without reservation. Very nice contact and smooth handling. We will be happy to come back.

Sommerurlaub Kortgene
Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem alles leicht erreichbar. Gemütlich eingerichtet, Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse, aber auch Liegen zum Sonnen.

Pretty vacation accommodation
We had 2 wonderful weeks in the holiday home of the Hall family. The house has everything you need for this time. There is also an additional crib, so you can comfortably accommodate 7 people. It is quiet, well-maintained, and the service and communication with the landlords is great. We would come back!

Beautifully renovated spacious detached house with great outdoor facilities
We were able to spend a wonderful family holiday in your beautiful newly renovated holiday home, where nothing was missing and where you could only feel comfortable - not least because of the beautifully landscaped garden plot and the very nice terraces. Both the youngest (3 months and 28 months old), our daughter and son-in-law as well as our son and last but not least us seniors had pure relaxation in a very appealing atmosphere. We hope to have the opportunity to do this again. In addition, we always felt very well taken care of - thank you dear Mrs. Hall for your open ear on the phone.

A wonderful week
We had a wonderful sunny week in the most beautiful accommodation we have visited in our Holland vacation so far. We were two adults, a 17-month-old boy, and an 8-week-old girl in the holiday home. The garden was wonderful for our little one, especially because we could let him play without worry. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would love to come back. Mit Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage von Kortgene!
Wir hatten im Juli 2019 zwei Wochen im Haus der Familie Hall verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet worden und wir haben uns als Familie mit drei Kindern dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die vor dem Haus vorhandene große Spielwiese hat unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen, während wir als Eltern auf den Terrassen entweder in der Sonne oder im Schatten verweilen konnten. Die Einrichtung entspricht gehobenem Standard. Waschmaschine und Trockner runden das Angebot im Haus ab. Die Lage ist ebenfalls als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Mit einem gemütlichen Spaziergang von 10 Minuten ist das Ortinnere und alle Geschäfte und Restaurants zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit der Familie Hall verlief sehr angenehm und stets problemlos. Die Unterkunft ist ohne Einschränkung weiter zu empfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Kindern
Herrlich war unsere Woche im Ferienhaus der Familie Hall. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen dort. Das Haus ist neuwertig eingerichtet und hat ein großes Grundstück mit Rasenfläche zum spielen und ausreichend Möglichkeiten die Sonne zu genießen oder zu grillen.
Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. Die ZImmer geräumig und die Matratzen sind ein Traum. Wir haben alle herrvorragend geschlafen. Toll sind auch die zwei Badezimmer, so sind wir uns morgens auch nicht in die Quere gekommen.
Auch super, ist die voll ausgestattete Küche.
Fussläufig erreichbar ist der schöne Hafen von Kortgene und der Ortskern, sowie das Verse Meer. Wir waren oft mit unseren Rädern unterwegs und haben die netten Restaurants vor Ort besucht und haben die Gegend erkundet. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Woche. Absolute Empfehlung
