Description
Villa Maria Tereza is a romantic, beautiful and fully equipped villa in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, only 25 minutes drive from the nearest beach. The enclosed and completely fenced garden has a large swimming pool with flow effect so that you can swim against the water jet. Around the pool are sun loungers, parasols, plenty of space for children, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table.
The interior is new, modern and luxurious. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, cellar and laundry room. There is a living room, balcony, bathroom and a bedroom on the first floor, and two more bedrooms with bathrooms are on the second floor. Six people can sleep on the beds and two more can sleep on the couch in the living room. A cot is also available if required.
The house is equipped with a flat screen satellite TV and a video game console.
Flat WLAN/WiFi is available. There is also a table tennis table and two bicycles available. There's plenty of parking space.

Location and surroundings of object
Tomišići is a small village in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. The village is easily accessible by car.
The next place for everything you need (supermarket, bank, post office) is Žminj, 5 minutes by car from the villa. Small town filled with good people. Many good restaurants, beautiful nature, small, charming shops. It is really quiet and so close to all other places in Istria. As a historical crossroads offers routes to reach all important places.
Beautiful Istrian beaches can all be reached in just 30 minutes, and we particularly recommend the beaches around Bale - crystal clear sea, magnificent trees and a beautiful view of the open sea.
Fabulous destinations to visit are: the Brioni Islands, a national park, art galleries in Rovinj, the most romantic city in Istria.
A short drive from the villa there is an adventure park in Barban and underground caves Feštinsko Kraljevstvo.

The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus !
Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool hat sogar eine Gegenstromanlage und Massagedüsen. In dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Vermieterin Frau Matika war sehr nett und hat auch zwischendurch öfter nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist.
Die Lage in Istrien ist super, sehr zentral. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 3 km entfernt in Zminj.
