From 2019 we will also rent out our forest house.
"We have a total of 3 holiday homes on our property.
The 3 holiday houses are located on a large plot of 1.1 ha. The houses are at a good distance from each other.
On the other side of the road is our house.
Each house has its own wood-fired hot tub, and there is a rustic, wood-fired sauna by the stream that runs right by the property. The sauna is available to all guests.
There is a lot of game in our area, red deer often come very close to the house, moose can also be seen regularly in our area.
From your accommodation you can go for great walks/hikes through the woods.
A wonderful beach at the Baltic Sea is only 10-15 minutes away by car. The next beach at the lake is less than 5 minutes away.

In Olofström, about 8 km away, there is a canoe rental at a magical lake.
A few km from Olofström you will find Harasjömala, a lake area with about 30 natural lakes where you can fish for trout, pike and perch, this landscape is also called Sweden's southernmost wilderness.
- The game park in Eriksberg is always worth a visit, here you can create your own safari, drive yourself through the park in your car and observe bison, fallow deer and red deer, mouflon sheep, wild boar and other animals.
- You should definitely visit the island of Hanö, take the small ferry from the fishing village of Nogersund to Hanö (30min drive), on the island there is a small fish restaurant with good cuisine, on the island there are no cars, quaint little fishing houses and free-ranging deer. Here you completely forget the hectic time we live in.
- The salmon river Mörrum with its salmon museum is a dream, the river is accessible from both sides. Look over the shoulders of the fly fishermen. The Mörrum is known worldwide for its large salmon and sea trout, which are among the largest in the world, so it's no wonder that anglers from all over the world fish here.

Welcome to our facility,
The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, behind the property flows a small stream, where a wood-fired sauna is ready for you to use by arrangement with other guests.
The property is over 10 000 m2. Next to our house where I live with my family there are 2 more holiday houses.
In the vicinity there are numerous beautifully situated lakes for swimming or fishing, a rowing boat is also available.
If you like fishing you are in one of the best areas in Europe. In the salmon river Mörrum there is one of the largest salmon tribes in the world less than 10 minutes from your accommodation. The coast is free for fishing and the fish supply of pike and sea trout as well as salmon and cod is enormous. Simply a fisherman's paradise.
If you are a nature lover, you are also in the right place. The game population is very high in our area, the surroundings of your accommodation are known for the large population of elk, deer and roe deer. D
The landscapes are unique with the archipelago and the forests.
The small towns in our area are always worth a visit. Most of them are right by the sea and the choice of restaurants is great in the summer.

- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
- Stornobedingungen. Findet sich bis 40 Tage vor vereinbartem Mietbeginn kein Ersatzmieter, so ist der ursprüngliche Mieter verpflichtet, 25% des Mietpreises an den Vermieter zu entrichten. Bei Nichtweitervermietung nach Ablauf dieser Frist werden 100% des vereinbarten Mietpreises fällig. In Hinblick auf diesen möglichen Fall wird dem Mieter der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung empfohlen.

Space and quiet
If you are looking for a cozy accommodation with plenty of space around it, you are in the right place. The house is equipped with everything necessary. We stayed here with four people, which provided a certain level of comfort. The highlight, especially in bad weather, was the hot tub and the outdoor sauna, both operated with a wood stove. You could cool off with freshly pumped water from the river.
In good weather, you could use the spacious garden with a trampoline. Our landlord Markus lived across the street and was always ready to help. A big thanks for that. He also gave us tips for nearby excursions.
In terms of location, you can reach the sea in 15-20 minutes or the nearby lake in a few minutes by bike. In Olofström (10-15 minutes away) you can find several supermarkets, a bakery, and a gas station. Otherwise, the roads are very well developed and you can easily go in all directions.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay where you can relax and unwind. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately could not travel due to coronavirus
We would have loved to spend our holidays in Sweden .....We had already booked last year in October for July 2020, but unfortunately we couldn't come because of the corona virus.
But I would like to compliment the landlord again ....
It was a very nice contact in writing as well as by phone.
He really behaved in an exemplary manner in this unusual situation for all of us.
We were refunded our deposit without any problems (as you can hear, this is not a matter of course with many others).

Super house in beautiful Sweden
The house lacks nothing. We liked the location very much. The hottub was in constant use. The children were happy to have lots of space to play football
At 15 minutes walking distance there is a beautiful lake. We rented Kano's nearby. Markus is a very nice landlord.

Great holiday
We spent midsummer here and felt very comfortable. The hottube contributed to total relaxation.
