Description

Need a nice beach holiday with your family?  Then this luxurious 6-person holiday home in Ouddorp is exactly what you're looking for! It enjoys a beautiful location between the fields and offers a lot of privacy in this beautiful area. The holiday home is connected to the owners' house, but it has a private entrance and terrace. Both the beach and the centre of Ouddorp with its nice restaurants and shops, as well as the nature reserve, are just a few kilometres away and can be easily reached on foot. During the summer, various activities are organised in Ouddorp. 



It's also a beautiful area for long hikes or cycling tours. If you want to go shopping in a larger city, Zierikzee, Rotterdam and Renesse are highly recommended. Book this holiday home in Ouddorp and enjoy the ideal holiday destination for your family! The beds are made on arrival!

The terms and conditions specify exactly what is and is not covered and what you need to do to file a claim. We collaborate with RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl to arrange your insurance. They ultimately decide whether your claim is valid and how much money you will receive back. Costs You pay 5.5% of the total rental cost of your vacation plus €3.50 for the policy and 21% insurance tax. The premium must be paid immediately after booking your trip. Let us know within five days who will be accompanying you. If you forget to do this or do it too late, you may not be covered by the insurance. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal dorthin fahren.

Äußerst freundliche Vermieter, die deutsch verstehen und auch teilweise sprechen können. Für uns wichtig, da wir nur ansatzweise niederländisch verstehen, aber nicht sprechen können. Vom Ferienhaus ist man schnell im Ortskern von Ouddorp und an Supermärkten (mit Rad ca. 8 Minuten, zu Fuß ca. 15-20 Minuten). Absolute Ruhiglage, mit Blick auf angrenzende Felder, die zu unserem Aufenthalt interessanterweise beackert wurden. Zahlreiche wildlebende Tiere zu beobachten. Das Haus und der kleine Garten sind top gepflegt. In der Tat sehr viel Platz für mehrere Personen.

Die schöne und für 4 Peronen große Ferienwohnung, die herzlichen Vermieter. Ouddorp mit seinem wunderbaren Strand. Die Nähe zu vielen sehenswerten Dörfern. Aber auch Rotterdam (Hafenrundfahrt), Den Haag (Mauritzhaus), Delft sind schnell erreichbar. Ebenso Gent in Belgien. Die Besichtigung des Roterdammer Containerhafens war sehr interessant für uns alle.

Extremely friendly landlords who understand and can also speak German to some extent.
Important for us, as we only understand Dutch vaguely, but cannot speak it.
From the holiday home, you can quickly reach the center of Ouddorp and supermarkets (by bike about 8 minutes, on foot about 15-20 minutes).
Absolute quiet location, with a view of adjacent fields, which were interestingly being cultivated during our stay.
Numerous wild animals to observe.
The house and the small garden are very well maintained.
Indeed, there is a lot of space for several people.

The house had everything we needed and you could also barbecue wonderfully. In addition, the furnishings were very tasteful. Since it was hot and sunny during our stay, we enjoyed the tree population in the garden, which provided natural shade. The landlords are very helpful, reserved and friendly. We would choose the house again and again.

The great hospitality of the landlords and the cozy house, the lovely small town of Ouddorp and the loooong sandy beach where dogs are also allowed. The trips to Middelburg, Zierikzee and Renesse. The quaint bike rental three houses down.

Very pleasant and quiet. The landlords are very friendly and hospitable. There is nothing to complain about at the house. Great location as well. Just as a hint for dog owners, there is no possibility to let the dog run around directly around the house.

Nicely set up house (living with the owners, in the middle of other houses in the village, no problem for us though;) beautiful surroundings! enjoyed the beach, bunker route, Zierikzee, Hellevoetsluis and even spotted some seals, despite a lot being closed due to corona and all the restrictions surrounding it, had a good stay!
