The holiday apartment is located in a townhouse, renovated in 2015 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet location in the forest. For common use are available: children's playground. Garden with swings. Grilling is not permitted.

Eraclea Mare. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house. This apartment is located in the house with 6 apartments in beautiful surroundings in Pinewood, just 200 meters from the beach.

Common room (20 sqm) with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV and (6 seats). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and bidet. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove, fridge (icebox), microwave and washing machine.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning on request 75 € per object per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: air conditioning 1,20 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: beach service (2 sun beds, 1 umbrella - please order at booking) 120 € per package per week.

At the beginning of the fridge was broken and it was immediately remedy even on Sunday. Very well maintained and well equipped! We will certainly come back!
