Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom (walk-through room) with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), washing machine and access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 bunk bed, access to the balcony and The camera doesn't have a porta per chiuderla. There is also a beautiful portico with access to a balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 6 years).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 65 € per object per stay (27.04.24-21.09.24), local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: air conditioning 6 € per object per day. hand towels 3 € per person per first time use and changing. Bed linen (please order at booking) 5 € per person per first time use and changing. baby cot – please order at booking 30 € per bed per week.
