The standig individually holiday home is functional furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. 2 terraces are available, one of them covered. Outdoor gas grill.

Vítkovice v Krkonoších, district Levínek, 750 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 10000 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Family house in the village of Vítkovice in the Giant Mountains and the road goes only through the village of Benecko. The access goes via a side road or via a field or forest path or via a mountain road (asphalted, rubble or gravel, unpaved, length 1500 m). In winter there are snow chains essential.
