The Holiday home
The newly built villa has 220 m2 and can accommodate 6 to maximum 8 people. There are 3 airy bedrooms with walk in closets and en suite bathrooms with shower are on the first floor of the house. The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, and a third bedroom with two single beds. The remaining two persons have available pull-out armchairs. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with smart and satellite TV, pantry and toilet. Minimalism and clean lines are also characteristic of the exterior of the villa, which offers plenty of places to relax and unwind. Below the covered terrace you can dine deliciously grilled dishes with family and friends. The garden is dominated by heated pool of 32 m2 and sun loungers. Next to the pool there is an outdoor Jacuzzi for complete relaxation and fully fenced plot of 627 m2 has 2 parking spaces.
