Description
The standig individually holiday home is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location. For sole use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility and terrace.

Pets are welcome. In 2 animals, but at the same time we would know in advance of wanting to better judge.

Gambassi Terme, district Pillo, 250 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Casale Pillo Tani is located near Gambassi Terme and is about 40 minutes from Florence, Siena, Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano and 60 minutes from the sea. The house is about 25 km from the Silentio Theater the Pigeon in which lyrical interpreters such as Andrea Bocelli also perform every year. The structure has a pool newly built in 2023, Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchen with gas stove, oven and fridge. 2 bathrooms each with shower, WC and bidet.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning (23.03.24-26.10.24), hand towels, bed linen (first usage).

Too bad you can not see on the site how beautiful and far the view is.
Very friendly reception and in case of small problems we were immediately helped.
Do not forget to visit the town of Montaione on the Friday then has a nice market and suddenly dozens of antique shops.

Best holiday house !!! The location is great, huge garden with great views. Great with dogs, you do not have to worry because the garden is completely fenced. Our two dogs enjoyed it so much! And for us it was totally relaxed. The house is super equipped, and so lovingly decorated. The landlords are very nice. Many excursion possibilities in the immediate vicinity
