The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in the center, near the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet location. For exclusive use are available: grill possibility.

Raggiolo, 600 m above sea level. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Our structure is located in the medieval center of a village The access goes directly from the main road. Parking lot on the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). Il parcheggio si trova a circa 300 mt. dall'appartamento è pubblico non a pagamento, non custodito, non coperto.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen (10 sqm) with gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
1st floor: Bedroom (10 sqm) with 2 single beds.
