The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house and is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in the center, near the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet location. For common use are available: terrace and garden furniture.

Raggiolo, 600 m above sea level. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes directly from the main road. Parking lot on the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). The car park is located 200 meters from the apartment

Pool
Outdoor pool (8 m x 20 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to mid of September. The pool is located 800 meters from the apartment and can be reached on foot or by car.
