The standig individually holiday home is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Garden with beer tables.
Location
Radstadt, 900 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot with meadow and bushes, limited by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday house with 11 rooms on 3 floors on a total of 350 square meters for 30 people. The access goes via a mountain road (asphalted, length 500 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 8 cars) on the street in front of the house.

central heating. in the kitchen there is a large wood-burning stove, additional costs are charged for final cleaning, garbage fees and water. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite.
